Pros:

此次訂房選擇不含早餐的方案，惟旅途間改變行程而臨時決定入住花蓮市；當天午後才上網訂房，網站照片與實物相符，房間坪數大、設備維護良好、冷氣有分離式與中央兩種，相互搭配冷房效果佳，四人房在邊間寧靜好品質；還有提供迎賓點心沙其馬很美味，櫃台工作人員們親切、服務到位，專程引導我們進入停車場與車位安置很貼心，這是一次很棒的住房經驗，下次回訪希望可以再度入住。

Pros:

地點緊鄰熱鬧的中山路，生活機能佳，採買生活用品或覓食都很方便。飯店有自設戶外停車場，雖是先到先停，但通常都有位子。

Cons:

冷氣位置在床旁牆壁上方，若把出風口往下調，冷風會直接吹到頭部位置，不太舒服。但若把出風口往上調，冷房效果就不好，會睡到流汗。
浴室排水較慢。

Pros:

The room is clean and spacious, suitable for whole family
The receptionists are very friendly and active, and provided us with travel info around Hualien.
Parking spaces are a plus, there was plenty of space for us to park on a weekday.
