La televisión no servía. El técnico que enviaron no supo como resolver el problema. El elevador estaba fuera de servicio

The bathroom towels were nice. The maintenance man was very kind and helpful.
Non-functioning locks, lack of signage for hotel and parking, no hot water, bed as hard as a rock, no functioning elevator, no AC in lobby when 95°. Not very friendly front desk staff.

La ubicación es extraordinaria, el servicio en recepción y de las camaristas es bastante bueno, te dejan amenities que en este nivel de hospedaje no siempre dejan. La habitación es cómoda y silenciosa.
Que el elevador no lo tengan trabajando, lo cual limita mucho el acceso para personas de la 3a edad, o con movilidad reducida.

El elevador segun estaba fuera de servicio, pero solo para huespedes porque ls recamareras subian y bajaban en el.
