Primero nunca pude conéctame al wifi ni siquiera en el Lobby, las instalaciones son muy antiguas y necesitan renovación, el estacionamiento es pequeño y cobran un valor adicional, los minibar y aire acondicionado no enfrían, toallas antiguas que no secan y están muy percudidas

A única coisa no hotel que eu gostei foi da cama!

Cons:

Atendimento péssimo na recepção, comunicação quase zero. Homem sem estrutura para oferecer uma boa estadia pelo valor que cobra e de 5 estrelas não tem nada!

Uma noite muito mal dormida

O check in foi impecável, equipe muito amável e me colocaram em um quarto alto e de fundos pois queria eveitar o barulho de carros. A cama é ótima.

Cons:

Tirando a cama o quarto é ruim. Travesseiros ruis, banheiro também muito ruim. Cheguei e havia um cabelo no chão e outro na saboneteira. A noite fui acordada 3 x por barulhos no quarto ao lado, um senhor falava ao telefone no viva voz e eu conseguia entender o que estavam falando, as pareces parecem tão finas que não há privacidade e silêncio.
Acordei, mal, e a geladeira havia vazado agua e molhou a minha mala que estava no chão.
