Great to have clothes washing and drying facilities.
Our experience was great! All the workers were very nice and accommodating, the room was very clean, and room service always left fresh towels outside our door for us whether they cleaned the room or not. I also lost my phone in an Uber, and the employees were very helpful in getting it back from them. Great experience overall!
Warm and friendly staff who offered me and my wife a refreshing tea / okinawa lemon drink upon arrival - perfect since it was such a hot day! They let us leave our luggage while we went out exploring. The room was modern and very well put together with a nice design reminiscent of the beach-vibe around okinawa. Also - breakfast options were amazing! Great and convenient first stop in Naha! Awesome place to stay.

Room was clean and tidy. Split bathroom/toilet was also nice. We arrived early and they stored our luggage until we came back to check in. Staff was friendly and helpfull.
The location is about a 10-minute walk from the tram station, which makes it very convenient. The bathroom and toilet are separate, adding extra comfort during the stay. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and provide a thorough introduction to the hotel facilities.
There’s also free coffee and tea available on the first floor, along with a cozy seating area to relax. Overall, the stay felt very comfortable and reassuring I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were super helpful right from the start. Front desk, breakfast staff and front desk manager made a difference to our stay. Rooms are typical style, we stayed twice and opted for a larger room on the second stay. Having a balcony meant that you could get some fresh air. Breakfast was traditional and hearty and drinks always available in the foyer. The hotel was about 20 mins walk to markets and city centre and has small and good quality restaurants near the hotel.
If you have accessibility issues ask for room without a step up into the toilet and shower.

The staff were vary kind. It was fair price and came with a balcony. Shower head was high quality and vary nice to use.
Very reasonable price and has all the amenities you may need in your time in Okinawa. Has new showerheads installed and also has a balcony which is pretty cool, and generally uncommon in Japanese hotels in my experience. Would go again.
