Très bon moment passé à l'hôtel!
Très grande chambre, lit super confortable, douche excellente!
L'Equipe est souriante et super serviable!
Jolis patios pour profiter de l'exterieur.
Très bien placé ! Quartier super agréable, moins bondé que le centre historique, plein de restos sympas!

Gostamos de tudo, mas o café da manhã poderia melhorar. Por ser intolerante a lactose, senti falta de uma maior diversidade de opções de alimentos.

Comfortable hotel in San Blas area
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, with nice courtyard. Conveniently located in the San Blas area, in close reach of shops and restaurants. However, despite the central location, the rooms were very quiet. Good shower, one of the best we had during our trip. Very warm welcome by the receptionist. Breakfast was decent. Would recommend this accommodation.

Buena ubicación, el personal es amable. Servicio de lavandería disponible que nos fue útil. El patio interno es muy bonito.
Limpio.

Cons:

El desayuno muy básico, no tenía gran variedad de opciones.
Poco lugar de guardado de ropa.
La habitación no tiene frigobar, la tv no tiene todas las opciones de smart tv (no pudimos ver Paramount+ para el partido).

L'hôtel est très bien placé, dans une rue calme du quartier de San Blas, à 10min de la plaza de armas et à proximité de pleins de restos.
La chambre était spacieuse, bien chauffée et le grand lit était très confortable. Un très bon choix, je recommande !

Charming comfortable stay at Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas
Pros:

10 on 10 experiene at Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas. Close enough to the square but enough of a distance to have a quiet night in too. Great staff and location, well appointed rooms and just perfect breakfast too. Atmosphere was quiet and beautifully designed. Great value for the room, breakfast, turn down service and extras from the team. I often requested a hot kettle of water for the evening and was promptly seen too by the team.

Great location, good hot showers with strong water pressure. Good breakfast. Lovely staff. Nice good sized comfortable rooms, with heater provided. Would definitely stay there again. Tea’s available at reception 24 hrs. Some nights got turn down chocolates.

Cons:

We could not re- book for the next week even though staff had said we would be able to on check out. In hindsight should have re- booked through booking website booking.com when we looked, instead of relying on staff who did not realise the hotel standard rooms were booked out. They said we could have a suite at double what we originally paid, which was disappointing.

Pros:

This hotel is a gem.
It's one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Latin America, and in my opinion, it deserves more than three stars.

The rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable.

But what makes this hotel truly special, however, is the staff.
Vanessa, Liz, and Phaty are always there to help, no matter the time of day or night. They are kind, professional, and always looking for solutions in any situation.

Miguel Angel also went above and beyond to make our stay even better by taking care of every detail.

And finally, Kelly made breakfast one of the highlights of our day by always checking that we had everything we needed.
There are certainly other team members I haven't mentioned, but everyone at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

I don't usually mention staff members by name in my reviews, but this team truly deserves the recognition.

Thank you, Tierra Viva, for such a wonderful experience.
