Pros:

El hotel tiene buenísima ubicación esta al frente del Centro Comercial y de Sam's.. Así que consigues de todo en el centro comercial, restaurantes, supermercado hasta cine.. El habitación es muy cómoda la cama y las almohada buenas. El personal muy amable. Desayuno incluido café, jugo, frutas y tostadas. Si quieres huevos por costo adicional.

Buena ubicacion, mal restaurante y atencion. Se salva por las instalaciones viejas pero comodas.
Pros:

Lo del desayuno es mentira, a duras penas de dan un cafe y te tratan mal. El hotel esta viejo y un poco sucio, y el servicio no es bueno. A pesar de eso, tiene buenas instalaciones, camada comoda y es funcional.

Too expensive for the hotel service
Pros:

Location and room size was good.

Cons:

The receptionist was in a bad mood and showed no friendliness or hospitality.
The room itself was spacious, however the pillows and the bed were extremely uncomfortable. The television stopped working, and since there is no phone in the room, I had to go down to the reception to report the issue. The maintenance staff member, on the other hand, was very helpful and fixed the TV promptly.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned and there was no hot water. While waiting for the water to heat up, which never happened, the bathroom drain, which I believe was clogged, failed to drain properly and ended up flooding the bathroom, creating a small “private pool” in the room.
Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:00 a.m., but even arriving at the restaurant at that time, the service was not ready yet. Considering the price charged, the hotel service should be much better, especially given that it operates under the Wyndham brand.

We moesten betalen voor het ontbijt, terwijl het gratis zou zijn. We zijn hier niet van tevoren op gewezen en het personeel kon echt geen woord Engels.
