Great staff nice and clean beautiful towels
No elevator …they are on the high end re price. Not sure if that is warranted. It isn’t a flashy hotel. A well done modest establishment

Perfect location for exploring Whitehorse and especially walking the trail to the fish ladder.

AC in room was ridiculously noisy. And speaking of noise, the noise from the Dirty Northern late at night was obnoxious. Even with the windows closed you could hear the drunk assholes at the restaurant. Perhaps the hotel could ask the restaurant to tell their patrons to be quiet.

Location of rooms from the lobby……needing go down a hallway, where the waiters go between restaurant and kitchen!!!
Also noise….horrible…children running in hallway and then who ever was above us, all we heard most of the night and very early morning was the stomping of feet. Will probably never stay there again!!

Location is 10/10 on Main Street on one of the most historic places in Whitehorse. Excellent restaurant in the building. Bakery cafe across the street. Friendly receptionists all day long. Good room, with beautiful art. The best thing: the shower! It was so nice to have a big powerful shower after camping. They renovated the bathrooms, so you didn’t have to stand in one of those tiny bathtubs. This was a big walk in shower.

The location
The service in the restaurant could use a boost. I was dining alone, and was entirely ignored by the wait staff. It took 15 minutes to get an order placed.....and then I only saw the waiter again when it was time to pay. Not once did anyone stop by to see how things were....and yet the card machine is set for an 18% default tip. The food was very good...just really poor service for single diners. Groups were fawned over, but a single diner? I felt like I wasn't worth my waiter's time.
