Frühstück und Abendbuffet sehr reichhaltig und lecker.
Das Personal und besonders der Restaurantleiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen !!!!!

Lovely and comfortable
Pros:

Location pool size everything was great

Cons:

So we had brought some pineapples to eat. In such a remote location, the staff should have been courteous enough to cut the pineapple for us. Not only did their rules not allow them to do it but they did not even give us a sharp knife to cut it ourselves

Pros:

We had a very good stay at Cinnamon Bay Beruwala. The beachfront location was beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable.

The service was excellent, and we truly appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping team for maintaining everything so well, and the F&B team for the delicious food and great service.

Thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable.

Overall, a good stay with room for improvement.
Pros:

This was our 5th stay at the hotel with family, and once again, it was a great experience. We really appreciated the upgrade to a Deluxe Room.

The location is convenient and easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The calm, wave-free sea right in front of the hotel was a highlight, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

Cons:

However, there are a few areas for improvement. Some parts of the property would benefit from renovation, and the Deluxe Residence area could be maintained better as it was quite dusty. Also, the first night dinner buffet (half board) did not meet our expectations in terms of variety.
