Picturesque hotel with great staff.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The options available on the breakfast buffet was great. We dined at the Noodles restaurent which was also great.

Cons:

The food options available in the bar was minimal. Could be better if more variety of options are provided. The in room dining menu choices are not great either.

All the facilities, hospitality and comfort

Cons:

Staff entered the room without our concent to review the usage of beverages, and items were taken out, which we feel very uncomfortable and unethical.
