O hotel funciona como assistência social , várias andares , isso não é divulgado na hora de escolher o hotel . Deve ter umas 50 pessoas em situação vulnerável subindo e descendo o tempo inteiro no elevador .

Pros:

Gostei muito da estadia. A localização desse hotel é simplesmente perfeita, é um ponto chave pra conhecer muitos lugares turísticos em SP. Fica pertinho do Bar Brahma e eu achei a rua bem segura e tranquila.

Cons:

As instalações são um pouco antigas, mas ainda assim vale muito a pena. O café da manhã é básico mas atende bem ao que propõe.

Gostei do atendimento da recepção e das camareiras, cordiais e prestativos. O quarto é de tamanho amplo e confortável.

Da área do banho, muito pequeno. Os elevadores também são ruins, demorados e sempre cheios.
