Hay trampa,
Nos dieron una habitación en un edificio anexo (no el que anuncian) en una buhardilla con ventanas pequeñas y muy altas, pegado a una torre de extracción ruidosa.
No conseguimos dormir hasta bien entrada la noche.
No volveremos. Hay opciones mejores en la zona.
Ubicación
The location was very central with lots of restaurants close by. It was also easy access to public transport and the different neighbourhoods. The room was very spacious with water in the room for arrival. The bathroom was huge with an amazing shower
Not much-sometimes the air con was hard to operate and not as effective as it could be but this was a more minor point

We were in a small room on our first night and when I asked for a bigger room we was mover the following morning. Staff were very nice and accomadating

Habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. Aunque justo debajo de la habitación hay terrazas de restaurantes no se oye el ruido.
Ocupamos una habitación de tres y se agradece que sean todo camas fijas ya que en otros hoteles utilizan una cama supletoria.
Buena ubicación. La calidad precio es muy buena teniendo en cuenta el precio de los hoteles más cercanos a la plaza del Comercio.
Se encuentra en una zona donde hay más mendicidad, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema.

Nothing really. Only set back was an allergic reaction to the soap.
This hotel is not the best choice in the area. One of the biggest issues is that cars cannot reach the hotel directly, so you have to carry your luggage yourself.
Another major concern is the presence of many homeless people around the area, which made us feel uncomfortable.
The reception staff were also disappointing, especially the blonde woman with short hair. I had agreed with another receptionist to extend my check-out time, but in the end she changed the agreement and forced me to pay an additional fee.
On top of that, the room cleaning standards were below expectations.
Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Il signore alla reception di notte assolutamente sgarbato e poco chiaro nel dare informazioni utili a noi che dovevamo prendere un taxi o un bolt alle 3:00 per l aeroporto.
It was centrally located, and it was a great value
The tiles had mold and they were cracking in the shower. My air conditioner kept turning off.
