We very much liked the room we were in for our first two nights at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location.

Cons:

Our first two nights we had a great room, comfortable and convenient. We traveled to Porto for the next two nights, then returned to this same hotel in Lisbon for another two nights. The room we were given this time was not as good - it was far from the lobby and required two different elevators to get to. The room itself was not as comfortable as the one we stayed in on our first two nights.

Pros:

Location was excellent, right in the center and you can walk everywhere, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Reception staff were really helpful. Room was big and we had an amazing view of the castle. Highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back!

Hôtel très bien situé au centre-ville du vieux Lisbonne. Hôtel charmant tout simple.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Lisbonne. Metro, taxi à proximité.

Excelente custo benefício. Acabei não usando o café da manhã. Mas o hotel é espetacular.

Pros:

hotel posizionato in una via piena di attrazioni e ristoranti. Nel complesso le camere sono molto silenziose e la vicinanza con la strada pedonale non disturba. camere non molto spaziose ma comunque confortevoli.
bagno piccolo ma comunque con tutto ciò che serve.
quanto alla >Tv in camera, segnalo la mancanza di canali in Italiano. Normalità ormai acclamata che i canali italiani non sono calcolati

Très bien pour un séjour en famille
Pros:

Très grande chambre, spacieuse et confortable pour 3 personnes avec en prime vue sur le castelo Sao Jorge. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié. On a apprécié les bouteilles d'eau disponibles dans la chambre tous les jours.

Cons:

Deux des quatre fenêtres de la chambre étaient cassées ce qui fait qu'elles fermaient mal et laissaient passer le bruit de la rue piétonne devant l'hôtel. Difficile de dormir avec ce bruit !
