Fantastic location, clean rooms, excellent pools and world class dining
It’s located on a beach, that’s not easy to swim, but again Santa Cruz beach is only 5 minutes by taxi

Hotel staff and Hotel grounds were excellent.
A few maintenance issues that popped up on occasion.
The hotel staff when we arrived were very friendly and answered our questions. Our room was amazing (3018) view of the sea! The beach was beautiful and the two pools were great! We had waiter service right at the pools and at the beach with drinks and snacks we could eat. The food was amazing and very delicious and was from all the top rated restaurant chefs that make the dishes at reasonable prices! This was a real treat! This hotel had the feel of an all inclusive without the all inclusive price! I also enjoyed a fantastic massage by the spa right on the property. I highly recommend this hotel and I am positive I will return. There wasn't anything we didn't like at all, however, just note that the mosquitos ate us alive, so just take your bug spray or creams to keep them away! They don't like eucalyptus smelling sprays or lotions.

Avisamos un dia antes que nuestra salida era a las 6 am y al querer salir nos dicen : " esperen hasta las 7 porque no hay personal para revisar la habitación....así las cosas.
Excelente, la vista hermosa. Todo de lo genial. Instalaciónes. Taxi 🚕 en el hotel. El precio lo dice todo ☺️. Alberca con vista al mar 😊

Ubicación y servicios.
Tiene dos albercas climatizada, y el personal siempre due muy atento
Le falta un frigorífico en la habitación, para poder tener bebidas frescas todo el tiempo, y el WiFi fallaba mucho a tal grado que no se podía ni poner you tube en la habitación
