Vista y ubicación
Vista increíble de la bahía. El hotel tiene una infraestructura muy linda y está muy bien ubicado, con una distribución de habitaciones y amenidades muy acertada.
Habitación
La vista desde la habitación y su tamaño fueron un plus, con camas confortables tamaño queen.
Piscina y playa
Piscina fresca a escasos metros del mar, una combinación perfecta para pasar el día.
Restaurantes y servicio
Variedad de restaurantes dentro del hotel. El personal de la piscina fue muy atento y servicial, al igual que el personal de los restaurantes.
Parqueo pequeño
El parqueo es pequeño, lo cual complica conseguir espacio en la noche para dejar el carro, y eso que fuimos en temporada de lluvia (tuvimos días completos de sol).
Cucaracha en la habitación y mala gestión del reclamo
Al llegar en la noche de un restaurante, nos topamos con una cucaracha en los cepillos de dientes del baño. Pusimos una queja en recepción, pero el personal le restó importancia y solo nos dijo que al día siguiente incrementarían la limpieza. No nos cambiaron de habitación, ni nos dieron ninguna cortesía o disculpa (como mínimo se esperaría una bebida de cortesía en la piscina). Al día siguiente las mucamas hicieron la limpieza normal de todos los días, sin fumigar ni nada extraordinario.
WiFi débil en la habitación
El WiFi no llegaba bien a la habitación que nos tocó (4to piso, última habitación). Solo nos dijeron que no contaban con un repetidor que alcanzara esa altura, aunque en el pasillo sí había señal.
Fantastic location and also peaceful. The food in the restaurants was also delicious and offered an ample variety of options.

En la habitación hubo bastantes moscos, tuve que comprar insecticida, la habitación de enfrente salió un alacrán
I loved everything! Especially how it was close to La Crucecita and I loved that they had restaurants on property if you didn’t want to go into town.

The Hotel facilities are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the property is well maintained, the views are very nice, the location is peaceful.
In my opinion. the hotel is overpriced for the overall experience. The costumer service did not meet my expectations. At check-out, the staff did not asl if we needed assistance or transportation, and we left carrying our luggage to find a taxi on the street. I also found a small stain on the bed sheet when we arrived and reported it, but no apology was offered. The beach in front the hotel is too rough for swimming, you need to visit other beaches.
Fuimos en vacaciones familiares por una semana y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia; la habitación es amplia y el lugar está limpio. Las albercas son bonitas y el área de camastros en la playa también es muy agradable. Estaría bueno que pusieran mesita de pin pon o juegos de mesa en el área de alberca. Los restaurantes Otto, Forno y Terraza del Mar muy recomendables.
No tiene frigobar ni hay hielos, realmente es básico.
El baño tenía olor a drenaje muy desagradable durante las noches.
La playa no es ideal para familias con niños pequeños que planeen pasar todo el tiempo ahí, porque el mar siempre está picado y no es el más recomendable para nadar.
La vista a la montaña era muy parcial, ya que nos tocó vista al estacionamiento y es ruidoso.
Estaría bien que ofrecieran desayuno buffet para más flexibilidad.

En general muy buen hotel para no salir y pasar todo el tiempo ahí. Las instalaciones habitaciones, albercas, zona de playa son excelentes, personal atento y amable.
Esta prohibido el colgar la ropa en el balcón y no tienen algun perchero en la habitación para colgarla siendo que es un destino de playa.
