其中一位員工很像休葛蘭 Hugh John Mungo Grant，如果他可以多點微笑，不要那麼嚴肅就好了。

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, gentillesse, l'aménagement est super beaucoup d'objets des années 30, et les meubles empire. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Bravo.

Amazing hotel and staff
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Somerscales! The property is truly unique, beautifully decorated, and full of character. I had no idea before arriving that it used to be the home of a famous painter, which made it even more special.

The rooms are spacious yet feel incredibly cozy, the beds are super comfortable, and the views from both the rooms and the terrace are beautiful.

But what really made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They gave us wonderful recommendations on things to do in Valparaíso and even helped us find a place to buy lapis lazuli, which we had been looking for.

More than anything, they made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. Such a lovely experience, and a place we’d happily return to!

Buen y cómodo lugar en excelente ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación y el personal del hotel. Está muy cerca de los atractivos, restaurantes y cafeterías. Las instalaciones y el desayuno son bastante buenas.

Cons:

La aislación del ruido de las piezas: el hotel en su mayoría es de madera, por lo que se puede escuchar el caminar o si hay ruidos altos en las piezas. El refrigerador es ruidoso.

EXCELENTE LUGAR Y UBICACION
Pros:

El Hotel es una casa de mediados de los años 1800, está espectacularmente bien cuidada, la habitación realmente hermosa y el baño muy apropiado, el desayulo excelente, además el parking muy bueno en una zona donde es difícil encontrar.
