Le personnel est PARFAIT. Merci pour votre accueil, vous êtes super attentionnés, souriants et bienveillants, prodiguant des conseils pour découvrir Valparaiso l'
Chambre grande, lit très confortable, SDB grande, avec baignoire, sèche cheveux, produits bien être, etc... Petit déjeuner top, fruits, pain, confiture, oeufs, jus frais, thé et/ou café, le tout avec une toute petite musique.

Aloja en la casa del artista y pintor
Pros:

La casa es hermosa, si investigas un poco la historia de Valparaíso o visitas el museo del inmigrante, te darás cuenta en la casa de quién estás alojando. Está cerca de lo mejor en Cerro Alegre. El personal es un amor, excelente servicio y atención.

Cons:

Si bien el desayuno no es malo, creo que este es el punto de mejora más importante, si se sube el estándar del desayuno y se agrega más variedad, creo que sería difícil superarlos.

Get the top room with terrace and views
Pros:

First two nights we had the top room with the terrace. Small room and dated bathroom but fantastic to have the terrace with view of the harbour.

Cons:

Breakfast was dreadful. They need to up their game on this one as it could be a fabulous stay if they did so.

Exceptionnel, fabuleux!
Pros:

C’était un très bon souvenir de rester à Somerscales, tout est parfait, la chambre numéro 8 qui est très belle, confortable, le balcon avec la vue magnifique, très bon petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est très bien placé, près du beau centre-ville intéressant. Il y a un garage privé, sécurisé. Hector est une personne tres agréable, gentille, sympathique, c’est lui qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable! Merci Hector et son équipe!
