Não tenho nada a acrescentar, uma vez que meu voo atrasou mais de duas hotas e acabei chegando no hotel as 03:00, e como minha previsão era apenas de uma noite não tenho como fazer uma melhor avaliação

Precisa melhorar muito a limpeza, fazer uma detetização urgente em todo o hotel, encontrei pequenas baratas na entrada do elevador vindo da garagem e dentro do quarto 905. O café da manhã muito fraco, chuveiro muito ruim, cama mole, paguei R$ 600,00 em uma diária para casal, e ainda cobram R$ 30,00 de estacionamento para hóspede.

O quanto que recebi não foi exatamente o que escolhi no booking e eles alegram não ter mais disponível. Então por que deixar disponível no aplicativo? Além de se recusarem a fazer o estorno do valor da diferença pelo quanto inferior que fiquei.
