We paid $900 a night for this hotel, and the experience was a complete disappointment. At check-in, the staff member was unwelcoming and rude. To make matters worse, we were charged an extra $200 per night for a 'suite' that was nothing more than a staircase leading to a tiny nook.
The room quality was unacceptable for the price. We were given cheap synthetic pillows and blankets, and despite booking for two guests, the bathroom contained only one bathrobe. When we ordered breakfast, we had to call back and forth repeatedly, only for the food to arrive with plastic silverware. On top of that, the unsightly wallpaper on the ceiling made the space feel far from relaxing.
While the location is central, the lack of a passenger drop-off zone makes getting an Uber a complete ordeal. For $900 a night, the cheap quality and poor service make this the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I strongly advise staying elsewhere.
Comfortable beds, amazing staff (including the valets), bustling area with lots to do.
When we checked in, we were told we would receive a free alcoholic beverage from the Terminal Bar, but when we tried to get the drink at the bar, we were told the policy had changed.
Timothy was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information and assistance to our room and about the hotel.
Some of the people in the station/ hotel lobby were smoking marijuana in an area where no smoking is allowed at all.

L’hotel è molto bello e la posizione, all’interno della stazione, rappresenta una situazione insolita: personalmente non mi era mai capitato. Un Valet Service decisamente professionale e coerente con la categoria dell’hotel.
Purtroppo la vicinanza ai binari comporta un livello di rumore significativo. La prima notte, ad esempio, un camion è rimasto fermo per diverse ore sotto la nostra finestra per effettuare operazioni di carico e scarico.
Anche il servizio non è all’altezza di una struttura a cinque stelle: lo staff appare approssimativo e poco preparato.

Cleaning our room late in the day. We opted out of getting it clean, because we had gotten back from sight seeing and were too tired to wait while they worked, on multiple days.

The room and location were incredible. HUGE room, HUGE bed, super comfortable.
There just wasn't much room service after 11pm, other than that is was great.
Being part of the Union Station development means access is available to the restaurants and other food outlets. Breakfast at snooze was excellent.
A free coffee in the morning and scoop of ice cream at happy hour were very welcome!
