Pros:

Direkter Blick auf die Motorsportabteilung von Ferrari. Nur wenige Meter zum Museum. Das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Emplacement idéal face à l'usine FERRARI, hôtel moderne, chambre très propre, bon petit déjeuner. Du personnel de FERRARI vient même s'y retrouver le soir après le travail.

Cons:

Dommage qu'avec une si belle salle d'eau la douche soit si peu pratique.

Pros:

El personal súper atento y servicial, hubo una confusión por mi parte en la reserva y lo solucionaron en un momento. Las instalaciones, la limpieza, la ubicación, todo genial. Solo fueron dos días pero nos llevamos un buen recuerdo.

L’hotel ha alcune buone caratteristiche, ma a mio parere non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del bagno, che è stato comunque gestito prontamente e con disponibilità, permettendoci di utilizzare il bagno di un’altra camera per fare la doccia. Il giorno seguente siamo stati trasferiti in un’altra stanza, ma purtroppo era di livello inferiore rispetto a quella che avevamo inizialmente.

La colazione è estremamente semplice, con pochissime opzioni e una scelta piuttosto limitata per un hotel che si presenta come 4 stelle.

Va però sottolineata la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a cercare di risolvere i problemi nel modo più rapido possibile.
