We made the best of it due to location.
Pros:

Location was 1 block from major eateries, entertainment and shopping
Very secure - gate code, outer door locked and locked door to apartment.

Cons:

Asked reception via email for a couple more towels, as we were provided with 2 for a couple staying for 3 nights. The response was "we are not a hotel". This was a last minute international booking so we didn't have our own towels with us and the booking said they were provided. The apartment did have a washer and dryer so we washed them each day due to personal needs, but the dryer was very old and the window to let the steam out was tiny.

We have never booked anywhere that asked you to wash your own dishes and put the rubbish out or you would get a $100 bill. They took a $100 charge off our credit card, (even though we paid the full amount when booking) and it took a few days to be refunded.

The whole 3 days we stayed we never saw reception open or any staff.

The shower was horrible.

Spacious apartment in great location
Pros:

Really convenient location being just a short walk from the esplanade and shops/restaurants. Spacious apartment with everything you could need including toiletries and a washer and dryer which were free to use.

Cons:

Apartment was pretty dated so could do with some modernisation. Some things like the soap tray in the shower weren’t very clean.

Le tricket est tres pret du centre de la gold coast, pret pour prendre le tramway, pret de la plage et des restaurants. Pas loin dun hyper le woolworths, pour faire des courses. Tres securise on peut se promener tard le soir. Bien la piscine et le coin barbecue. Tres bon accueil des employes

Cons:

Tout est ok. Mais l'heure d'interdiction de baigner dans la piscine est trop tot 20h30, Peut etre repousser a 22h00

A very comfortable way to spend the Blues on Broadbeach weekend
Pros:

I was not expecting such a roomy apartment with an oven, washing machine and dryer. The location is excellent for eating out with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The walk to Broadbeach when it wasn’t raining was also an easy one.

Cons:

I really can’t think of anything except that I couldn’t watch the NRL Magic Round live on the TV for some reason.

Highly recommend great location.
Pros:

Perfect location with friendly staff.The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Good air conditioning and I really like the darkness in the unit at night for sleeping.
Secure parking was great with no extra cost when booking.

Cons:

The only small thing I didn’t like was that you had to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom.
But this would not be an issue for a couple travelling together.
It was only because I was travelling with my daughter.

I loved how close it was to Cavill ave, beach, Tarms, shops, everything was right there. I got to park car in secure parking under motel and use public transport for .50cents . I could even go to Woolworths and comes on foot.

Yes, the complex is a litlle dated. However, our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Excellent location, walkable to many restaurants, and local tourist attractions. The price is very reasonable.
