Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom wad particularly clean.

Cons:

1. the desk perdon was not at the desk on 2 occassions and we had to wait;

2. the breakfast was mediocre and the water for tea and the juice had a bad chemical smell; I didnt taste it.

The facility, comfortable bed, handicap accessible room was perfect.
Very pleased with this hotel.

Cons:

Kids in pool with supervision. Kids 9-14 unattended splashing watching, jumping in pool took over pool area. Hotel staff did nothing after I complained. This happen 3-4 times I told male staff who ignored my complaints.. we were not able to enjoy the indoor pool.

Very Nice & Clean / Quiet Horel...ample parking & spacious rooms...Hotel Desk Crystal had out rm ready which was a handicap room....! WOULD definitely stay here afain...& nice breakfast S we'll with turlel sausage...

All you need but snacks
Pros:

All you need in a hote if you need to be in the area. Clean, comfortable, located near restaurants and upscale mall. Breakfast the usual. Suites are large. Only downside was the snack room was inadequate as are most. Bring your own snacks.

Pros:

The atmosphere was good and Crystal ar rhe front desk was Amazing.

Cons:

The first room we had did not smell fresh, so Crystal at the front desk offered to give us another room and it made it all better.

Clean and very nice decor. Good location away from main part of city but close enough to get to where you want to go

Cons:
