Unexpected suprise!
Pros:

I was unexpectedly suprised by the hotel. I was impressed. The breakfast is top tier. The hotel was quiet during the evening hours. I loved the entrance and the decor was beautiful. I would stay again.

I did not care for the location.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Overall, I’d give this hotel 4.667 stars (reason below). The hotel is located in a safe area near a modern, more upscale mall. The lobby is clean and modern and staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, water pressure was great in the shower, beds were comfortable, and everything was perfect. We left before breakfast, but coffee was always available in the lobby and was good as far as hotel coffees go.

The only part of the hotel that I took issue with was the pool floor. It seemed dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint..it just gave me the “ick.”

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay, this is it!

The place was nice, staff was accommodating.

Cons:

My truck got broken into in the parking lot fully under the security camera, whats the point ofnthe camera. I had to drive around for 2days out of town with aa busted window because no one mentioned the parking lot wasnt safe for the vehicles, the police even said it happens alot there

Decent besides keeping breakfast full and rude staff.
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The breakfast was good but the staff wouldn’t keep it out and then she was rude when my daughter asked if they would put another cartridge in the pancake machine. All she done was ask and the lady told her no more pancakes for the day. It was over an hour before the breakfast ended.
