The location, the building, and the food makes this a place you must book for any trip to northern Ireland, especially the coast. I had an amazing stay with the hotel, and the views were breathtaking. I know it sounds cliché, but this is the place to be if you're looking to get away from it all. I'm definitely looking to book in the future. The staff was amazing & the food was superb.

Cons:

Literally the only negative, if any (and I'm stressing that this isn't at all a deal breaker, and should not in any way impede your booking here) is just the the early tourism hours when the lobby is filled with people. I love tourism and I'm not arguing against it, it can be a bit overwhelming at first when staying, but after you get into a rhythm. Seriously though, not at all a deal breaker, just wasnt expecting the crowd. Everything was amazing overall!

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was onsite parking for the hotel which is great. The location couldn't be more perfect as it is right at the entrance of the Causeway visitors centre. The view from our room and all around the hotel were phenomenal. Our room was a fair size and it was well decorated and comfortable. The onsite restaurant + bar was good and the breakfast included in our stay was excellent!

Fantastic location; less than desirable otherwise.
Pros:

The property is operated by the Office of Public Works which we felt good about supporting. The location is absolutely fantastic. We were able to enjoy the Causeway during less crowded hours due to the proximity of the property. That was wonderful, and we are grateful we had the opportunity. It was nice that parking
and the visitor center were included in the price. Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The beds were desperately in need of replacement. The springs poked into our ribs. My husband slept on top of the duvet/comforter to avoid this, and used a towel as a blanket. We’ve traveled quite a bit,
and these were the most uncomfortable beds we have experienced. We felt the whole place needed a bit of a sprucing up.

Good for one night after walking the causeway.
Pros:

Perfect location. Nice sized room. Nice people. The restaurant and breakfast was good- not run back good but fine for what it is. They did have people to help you with luggage as there is no elevator.

Cons:

The property is very old and could use updating. Even just offering nice towels and any washcloths would help. The towels were like gym towels- no washcloths. They had items on the menu- food and drinks- that they didn’t actually have.
