Ubicació i esmorzar excel·lent.

The location was excellent, and our triple room was spacious and comfortable. We particularly liked the balcony/sitting area, which was a lovely addition to the room. The breakfast was very good, and the staff serving during breakfast in the morning were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The property itself felt quite old and dated and could benefit from some modernisation. The room door was also quite difficult to open and close, and the bathroom ventilation could be improved.
Unfortunately, we also had a very disappointing experience with two members of the restaurant staff while trying to order dinner. Their manner was quite rude and unwelcoming, which was particularly surprising as we have rarely experienced this kind of response in a hotel or restaurant. This interaction negatively affected what was otherwise a pleasant stay.
Great location
The hotel is overpriced. Staff very badly trained and the whole place was scruffy. No cooked breakfast available. Came to check out the lady on reception was not aware when we asked for discount.

Great location to Giants Causeway, historic hotel with friendly staff. Great spot to stay if wanting to spend a lot of time at the Causeway, which has paths along coastline that most do not explore. Best benefit to staying here is that you can explore the Causeway after the tour groups have left and in the morning before they arrive
No elevator, so bringing heavy bags up stairs may be laborious. There are staff to help if needed

Great location and lovely friendly staff. Good breakfast except fried eggs which were always on the hard side. Parking reserved for residents with priority over Giants Causeway visitors.

Not much… probably the free car park
Old and musty… dinner sub-par, staff was polite but not truly friendly, bed clothing did not feel clean, toilet had mould… overall avoid it!
