Colazione soddisfacente e anche la posizione della struttura buona in due passi si raggiunge il centro

Cons:

La camera da letto, una Junior Suite, si trovava proprio sopra e confinante con la scala che conduceva sia ai piani superiori sia ai locali sottostanti, dove erano presenti i garage e la lavanderia.

Per tutta la giornata, indicativamente dalle ore 6:00 del mattino fino a tarda sera, si sentiva un continuo sbattere delle porte e il rumore delle centrifughe delle lavatrici. Questo ha reso particolarmente difficile riposare e godere della camera in tranquillità, tanto che più volte siamo stati svegliati dai rumori provenienti dalle aree di servizio.

Considerando che si trattava di una Junior Suite, ci saremmo aspettati un livello di comfort e insonorizzazione maggiore, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la possibilità di riposare senza essere disturbati.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta nel centro del paese, una volta parcheggiato non è necessario spostare la macchina in quanto molti cammini partono proprio da li. Vicinissimo anche alla funivia. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Ristorante del partner Hotel Principe delle Nevi ottimo. Colazione top. Lo staff ha considerato anche il compleanno del partecipante sia per colazione che cena offrendo un piccolo tortino con la candelina. Stanze più grandi della media e pulite, peccato che alcune non sono provviste di balconcino abitabile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Molto bello!
Pros:

In pieno centro paese, parcheggio disponibile a due passi, personale molto gentile, colazione fantastica, forse la migliore mai provata fino ad ora. Utilizzo della SPA compreso nel prezzo (dalle 12.00 alle 20.00, piscina, zona relax, sauna, bagno turco, palestra), ambiente ben curato. Soggiornato inizio Settembre 2026 con famiglia.

Cons:

Essendo in 4 persone con una sola camera, in due abbiamo dovuto utilizzare il divano letto che sicuramente non è a livello del matrimoniale ma comunque si dorme bene ugualmente. Doccia un pò scomoda perchè all'interno della vasca da bagno, se non si fa attenzione si rischia di bagnale un po troppo in giro.

Pros:

We're enjoy our stay! Cozy place, great breakfast, personal are really nice. SPA was perfect after long daily hikes! We didn't face any issues and grateful for everything!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Die Lage direkt unter dem Matterhorn und der Dent d’Hérens sind phänomenal. Kurze Wege auch zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Wanderwegen.

Just thank you to the staff. Very nice and very supportive.
Pros:

Breakfast Wonderful! Staff amazing. Parking on the premises. Loved every minute. Super experience. Will return for sure if we have the opportunity.

Cons:

Nothing really - I loved every time - wish we stayed longer but it was unplanned.
