Reclamamos mas não adiantou e tive que ir em busca do ressarcimento e gastei tempo para realizar isto, e segundo a administrativa irão ressarcir em até 2 meses. Pergunto, porque erraram? se erraram porque demoram tanto para ressarcir, não se trata apenas do valor e sim no meu ponto de vista uma falta de respeito da REDE ACCOR IBIS BETIM com os clientes.

Amei o atendimento, a limpeza, conforto da cama, excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Não tem uma touca pra mulher colocar no cabelo pra tomar banho, itens necessários como escova de dente, pasta de dente.

Surpresa agradável
Pros:

Uma surpresa agradável o tamanho do quarto, maior que os que conhecia, o sossego e o atendimento. Camas confortáveis, dormimos muito bem. A limpeza estava impecável. O atendente foi muito atencioso.

Cons:

Não tinha nada próximo de restaurante. Apesar de ter restaurante no hotel.
