EVERYTHING about this place was absolutely amazing the staff I couldn't fault very polite and helpful the beds amazing the hole layout of the place the facilitys are mind blowing pool spa gym sauna poker room cinema you name it they have it I'll be back 110%

My kids said it was the best hotel they have stayed at.
Pros:

Perfect location, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was a highlight for the kids and spa for parents. Beds were super comfortable

Over all it was comfy and clean

Everything was great. Very quiet and nice and warm.

Cons:

Wifi was not very good and the tv we couldn't connect to steam our shows. We also couldn't locate the rubbish chute
