Overall, I had a decent stay.
Pros:

Staff are very nice and helpful

Cons:

A few room details need attention: the toilet flush didn't work very well, and the shampoo bottle cap was broken (surprised housekeeping missed this). Fortunately, they replaced the bottle for me once I brought it up.

Great location and convenient place
Pros:

The location is great. It's surrounded by a popular and good quality seafood restaurant (Layar Seafood) and coffee shops (Aucafe, Drama, and Seniman). It's 35 minute drive to the terminal 2 of Juanda Airport. The facility is also good. The bed is very comfy, suitable for being the rest spot for your adventure trip.
