Por estar próximo ao aeroporto achei bem positivo, além de outros locais da cidade.

Cons:

Infelizmente o local tem caracteristica de hotel normal, poderiam colocar um cheirinho agradável nos elevadores ou corredores e até quartos. Meu quarto o ar-condicionado estava quebrado, a luz não estava funcionando....
