хороший сбалансиоованнный отель до семейного отдыха с детьми
Pros:

отличный детский клуб - ра блант без перерывов и до 22:00
хороший аквапарк прямо на территории отеля
вкусная и разнообразная еда на обедах и ужинах

Cons:

клубные номера требуют ремонта
половина вечерних шоу была среднего уровня и неинтересная
на вечерних дискотеках диджеи ставили скучную музыку, народ практически не танцевал

I didnt like how the receptionist dealt with me and made me a liar about things she said which is completely non professional and left me with anger and disappointment through the trip since it happened on the first day

Veel keuze in eten (all-in)

Cons:

- Voeding zou beter beschermd moeten worden tegen de warmte. Heel veel deserten waren gesmolten in de cafetaria.

- Geen professioneel, onbeleefd gedrag van personeel.

- Hotel is aan vernieuwing toe.

Couple avec un enfant de 8 ans
Pros:

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité des équipements, la propreté des espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs.

Cons:

Une clientèle quasi exclusivement Russe ou tout est fait pour elle.
Nourriture à profusion de plats typiquement russes avec quasiment pas d'autres choses pour les autres nationalités, pas de traduction des panneaux en Francais alors qu'ils le sont en russe, anglais et allemand.
Personnel bilingue turc / russe et peu parle une autre langue ou peut-être l'allemand.
Difficile donc d'avoir des explications.
Au check in, aucune indication sur le club et la vie du club, pas même un plan pour se reperer alors que l'établissement est très vaste.
C'est dommage, nous avons découvert le Kids club 2 jours avant de partir et qui est très bien.
Malgré tout cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour et si on voit le côté positif, je n'ai pas pris de kilos car la cuisine russe n'est pas mon fort....

Pros:

Wir hatten ein swimup zimmer, welche sehr gut ausgestattet war. Auch ein grosser spiegel hatte es im zimmer, zwei unterschiedliche kaffearten. Die Reinigung war auch gut. Die Möglichkeiten in der Nalage ist enorm und sehr gut. Nur das Hotel selbst, Pool, Innenräume waren sehr abgenutzt. Zu wenig Peronal beim Frühstück und Abendessen, die Tische wurden nicht schnell gesäubert und wir mussten lange warten bis wir unsere Getränke bestellen konnten

Pros:

Lots of food & drinks (of good quality) all day long.
Watersports, despite they were a bit expensive.

Cons:

Very crowded and Employees were not enough to catch up with the cleaning for that many guests.
Not plenty “swim up” rooms
Air-condition difficult to operate and adjust a good room temp.
We have requested well in advance room with garden or sea view and they initially gave us room with a wall view and only after a complaint they changed us to a slightly better one.
