المنتجع مجدد نظيف بس فيه عيوب مكان المطعم الرئيسي متاهه طريقة البوفيه تحتاج ترتيب اكثر الطاولات والكراسي نظيفه بس نظامها قديم في اماكن بالمطعم حاره مافيها تكييف طريقة عرض الأكل مو سخانات بعض الاكلات بارده ماحبيت انه الألكارت مقابل رسوم مع انه منتجعات وايد رايحه لها مجانيه تكون بحجز مسبق المسابح صغيره ومتكدسه الناس فيها رغم انه كلش مو زحمه الأنشطه تكون بمسبح واحد فقط ويكون الوضع ازعاج بعض الأطباق احيانا ووصخه المنتجع السعر صراحه كان وايد غالي بمستواه 166 دينار عالليله غرفه عاديه يعني 542 دولار صغير مو نفس المتعوده اروحهم في أنطاليا يعني حلو حق ناس ماتحب تحرك وتنقل او عندها كبار بالسن او عربانات اطفال فيه قسم للحيوانات القطط وانا فيني فوبيا منهم صج ماكانوا وايد يتحركون صوبنا بس لانه حاطين لهم منطقه خاصه فيهم الإضاءه خاصه بليل واايد ظلمه.

Pros:

A fost al doilea an consecutiv în care am revenit la **Megasaray Club Belek**, după ce experiența de anul trecut ne-a plăcut foarte mult. Faptul că am ales să revenim cred că spune deja destul de multe despre impresia pe care ne-a lăsat-o acest hotel.

Ce pot spune despre anul acesta? În primul rând, hotelul și condițiile de cazare au rămas la același nivel bun. Camera, facilitățile și întregul resort sunt foarte bine întreținute.

Curățenia camerei a fost impecabilă. Fetele de la housekeeping chiar își fac treaba foarte bine, iar în fiecare zi găseam camera perfect curată și aranjată. Din acest punct de vedere, nu am absolut nimic de reproșat.

În ceea ce privește personalul, chiar am avut impresia că anul acesta serviciile au fost mai bune decât anul trecut. Băieții de la bar fac o treabă excelentă, în frunte cu Emre, care merită cu siguranță menționat.

Și echipa de entertainment este unul dintre punctele forte ale hotelului. Luliana și Kann, alături de restul echipei, fac o treabă extraordinară. Sunt energici, prietenoși, implicați și reușesc să creeze o atmosferă foarte plăcută. Activitățile sunt diverse și există mereu ceva de făcut pe parcursul zilei.

Restaurantele à la carte au fost o adevărată plăcere.Personal foarte bine pregătit și atent, servire foarte bună, bucătari pe măsură și, cel mai important, mâncare foarte gustoasă și frumos prezentată. Experiența este diferită față de restaurantul principal și chiar merită încercate în timpul sejurului.

Mi-a lipsit asistentul personal în format fizic. Anul trecut exista o interacțiune directă cu asistentul, îl întâlneai și puteai discuta personal cu el, lucru care făcea experiența mult mai personală. Anul acesta serviciul a rămas disponibil, însă comunicarea s-a făcut doar prin WhatsApp.

Mâncarea, în general, continuă să fie unul dintre punctele bune ale resortului. Există suficientă varietate, iar preparatele au gust, lucru care pentru mine contează mai mult decât simplul fapt de a avea foart

Cons:

Spectacolele de seară au fost o dezamăgire comparativ cu anul trecut. Anul trecut acesta a fost unul dintre lucrurile pe care le-am apreciat foarte mult, atât noi, cât și copilul. Anul acesta am simțit că spectacolele nu s-au mai ridicat la același nivel, iar în unele seri nu a existat deloc spectacol în amfiteatru. Pentru un resort de acest nivel și mai ales pentru familiile cu copii, cred că programul de seară este important, așa că aici am simțit clar o diferență față de anul trecut.

Un alt aspect care mi-a plăcut mai puțin a fost focusul foarte mare pus de o parte din personal pe review-urile online.
Înțeleg foarte bine importanța recenziilor pentru un hotel și este absolut normal ca un oaspete mulțumit să fie încurajat să își împărtășească experiența. Totuși, uneori am avut senzația că se insistă prea mult în această direcție.

În cazul meu, am explicat că nu este prima dată când vin la Megasaray și că am lăsat deja un review după vacanța de anul trecut. Cu toate acestea, am ajuns în situația în care a trebuit să arăt efectiv că review-ul exista deja.

Mai mult, unele interacțiuni cu personalul mi-au lăsat uneori impresia că sunt orientate prea mult către obținerea unei recenzii, iar acest lucru poate afecta naturalețea relației dintre angajat și oaspete.

Spun acest lucru și din perspectiva unui om care lucrează de peste 12 ani în marketing și publicitate, cu branduri internaționale. Din punctul meu de vedere, experiența oferită clientului ar trebui să genereze în mod natural dorința acestuia de a lăsa un review pozitiv.

Nu sunt probleme care să îmi schimbe părerea generală bună despre hotel, dovadă fiind și faptul că am ales să revenim pentru al doilea an consecutiv, însă sunt lucruri la care am simțit o diferență față de experiența foarte bună de anul trecut.

Yemek çeşitliliği ve kalitesi iyi, tesis büyük ve gün içerisinde yapılacak hem aktiviteler çok hem de özel alanları var. House keeping iyi seviyede.

Cons:

Servis personelinin yaklaşımı kötü, yenilenmeye ihtiyacı olan oda ve diğer alanlar var. Restoranda bulunan tabak bardak temizliği iyileştirilmeli.

Busy but very good.
Pros:

Activities for kids were great. Kids club was excellent. Kids menu was appropriate and the kids loved it. Very well suited for a young kid’s focused holiday.

Öncelikle tesiste çalışan herkes gerekli ilgi ve alakayı gösterdiler özellikle misafir ilişkileri tesis büyük gibi gözüksede çok iyi dağılım yapılmış insanları tek bir yere yığma değilde farklı noktalarda çok iyi vakit geçirebiliyorlar ayrıca tesisin doğası ve yeşillikler içinde çok iyi peyzaj yapılanması var yemekler inanılmaz iyi çok otele gittik ama buradaki damak tadını bulamadık kısacası yurt içinden veya yurt dışından gelen misafirler herkes memnun ve mutluydu çünkü kendinizi burda değerli hissediyorsunuz teşekkürler Megasaray ailesi.

хороший сбалансиоованнный отель до семейного отдыха с детьми
Pros:

отличный детский клуб - ра блант без перерывов и до 22:00
хороший аквапарк прямо на территории отеля
вкусная и разнообразная еда на обедах и ужинах

Cons:

клубные номера требуют ремонта
половина вечерних шоу была среднего уровня и неинтересная
на вечерних дискотеках диджеи ставили скучную музыку, народ практически не танцевал
