Staff was great, helped get a room that met my special request even though it was not the exact room i asked for it was close enough. I truly appreciated that. I traveled long distance by motorcycle and was concerned about security. Staff left me park close to the doors on camera to ease my mind.
Asked for ground floor near exit but none were available even though Booking.com stated it was. Not the fault of the hotel.

Motel de carretera amb habitació àmplia tot i no tenir microones ni nevera a l’habitació, sí al lobby, on serveixen cafè al matí.
També disposen de màquina de gel i bugaderia (però cal tenir monedes per poder-ne fer us).
Piscina correcta, donen tovalloles a recepció.
La noia de la recepció va ser poc professional i col·laboradora:
Ens va donar targetes de l’habitació que no funcionaven en diverses ocasions.
D’altra banda, vam voler fer la bugada i com no teníem monedes, vam demanar-li qe ens ho cobrés en targeta i ens donés les monedes i es va negar.

There was AC a Tv and a table to sit at.
The receptionist was not welcoming at all, in fact ignored us whilst we stood in front of her, if we hadn't have spoken to her I'm not sure we wouldn't still be stood waiting. Later she yelled across at us when we were using the coffee facility asking what we were doing. This was the only motel/accommodation that we stayed at that did not have a fridge in the room and we stayed at ten different places. The AC was extremely loud. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly as we found hair extension fallout in the bathtub. The finish of the room/bathroom was shoddy.
