Guest Reviews
Clean and quiet. Nicely taken care of. No carpeting in rooms - is great.
Clean convienent pool
I have not got my $50 deposit back
Staff went above and beyond to make you happy.
The elevator was load and slow.
I liked how clean the room was, the bed was comfortable and the room is spacious.
The housekeeping staff were horrible. Needed room service, spoke with the housekeeper personally and she ensured that she’ll handle what I needed while we were out. Came back and NOTHING was done. Went and spoke with the receptionist who then called the housekeeper and she ensured that she’ll return to the hotel to come give me clean linen after she left Walmart. NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! Horrible customer service
Clean
Someone was out at the pool giving another person a tattoo .
It has a good location close enough to Ft Worth and hospitals and doctors.
It is in a pretty good location.
The staff member was not friendly at all. He tried to say that I had not paid for my room prior to checking in, even after I showed him twice that I had paid. He then placed me in a room without a refrigerator and when I called about it he stated that he was aware that the refrigerator had some issues and they had to get it fixed. I asked for accommodations and was told I would have a refrigerator the next day. All of my food went bad and I had to purchase more because of the inconvenience. I did not feel comfortable with the stay because I felt he was always watching me after I made the complaint. I was so happy to check out!!
