Unsere Erwartungen wurden enttäuscht
Pros:

Die Lage und die Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Flecken auf dem Toilettensitz. Schimmel in der Dusche. Herdplatten waren eingebrannt und verdreckt. Überall Silberfische.
Die Lüftung in der Küchenzeile war defekt und hat sich nicht ausschalten lassen. Ein Handwerker, der es richten sollte, kam nie und ein anderes Zimmer war nicht verfügbar.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Fantástico hotel. El personal es muy atento y simpático. El desayuno es variado y está bueno. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y son silenciosas.

Großzügiges und gut ausgestattetes Appartement, gute ÖPNV-Anbindung

Cons:

Güterzugstrecke verläuft direkt am Hotel - bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem, dann aber kein Lüften über Nacht möglich.

Complessivamente buon giudizio e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Trascorsi 6 giorni per visitare Monaco e il sud della Baviera. Giudizio complessivamente buono anche se certe foto facevano pensare a spazi molto più ampi. Al limite settentrionale del Parco olimpico ma comunque all'interno della zona M (centrale) per i mezzi pubblici e con la metropolitana vicina. Se siete in macchina sappiate che il loro parcheggio costa 16 euro al giorno ma, con un po' di pazienza e fortuna, è possibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Occhio alle indicazioni dei cartelli/sosta, si differenziano da marciapiede a marciapiede.

Gut wieder zu Hause zu sein. Keine zwei Sterne hat der Aufenthalt verdient.

Zu harte Matratze. Ich hatte eine zweite Decke. Ich musste nochmal nachfragen.
Dass Bett war ein Wandschrankbett. Viel zu hoch zum einsteigen.

Quiet place, far enough to avoid noise at nights and close enough to go to public transport.
Pros:

Generous space, very close to the subway and city attractions, great breakfast, family friendly. There was also a cute bear toy at the entrance which the kids loved.
