Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, hell und sehr ruhig. Mir war wichtig, dass eine Kochgelegenheit und ein Kühlschrank da ist.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr minimalistisch. Ein Topf mehr und eine größere Tasse wären schön.

Die Lage die Sauberkeit teils freundliches Personal

Cons:

Direkt am ersten Tag das Zustellsofa für zwei Personen. Man hat sich draufgesetzt und es ist direkt in sich zusammen gekracht. Hat sich auch keiner weiter drum gekümmert. Mit Kindern kann man dort gut reisen aber ein weiteres Mal werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht besorgen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unsere Anliegen wurden schnell und zuvorkommend bearbeitet. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung. Nur der Lüfter war etwas laut.

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch der Gratis Kaffee rund um die Uhr ist prima. Parkhaus ist hell und direkter Zugang ins Hotel…die Zimmer sind total leise…das ist Mega!!

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbettwn gebucht. Beim Check in wurde mir ein Upgrade auf ein Doppelbett angeboten…immerhin 55€ mehr! Ich hab zugesagt aber die drei Nächte in der umgebauten Sofa/BettCouch waren Mega unbequem…
Das war kein Upgrade sondern ein recht teurer Downgrade…

Ansonsten passt alles hier. Wir waren schon öfters hier..

Air Conditioner does not cool well (Room is hot in summer time). Rooms are not clean frequently.
Pros:

Good Breakfast and facility is new and clean.

Cons:

AC is not cooling properly. Apartment was hot and needed to open the windows in the room. Also, we stayed 10 days and our apartment was cleaned just one time.
