Please note that the hotel only accepts small pets up to 15 kg;
It is not allowed to host puppies under 8 weeks of age and without vaccination;

Colchão velho, enxoval fraco. Barulho ensurdecedor do ar ou dos trocadores de calor a noite toda. Já fiquei hospedado várias vezes. O hotel está precisando de cuidados

Limpeza do quarto, conforto e silencio e também da agilidade para resolução de problemas.

Cons:

O 1º quarto que me deram estava com o banheiro mofado, diante disso, tive uma reação alérgica forte, mas ao procurar a recepção solicitando a troca da acomodação, mesmo com o hotel cheio, providenciaram uma solução rápida para minha situação e me colocaram em um quarto adequado.

Ambiente agradavel, os quartos muito grande, café maravilhoso.

Cons:

Não gostei de terem me colocado no quarto a baixo da recepção. Pedi para me colocar em cima e não fizeram. A sauna não funciona, não aquece.
