We've been staying at this Hampton Inn location whenever we visit the area for about 10 years, now. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The few times we've had concerns they have always made it right. They take pride in their cleanliness. I recommend this location regularly to friends and family! Thank you Gia, Sharde, Robert, Joey and everyone else for making our stay enjoyable!!
We are in town from GA for AAU basketball tournament and the venue is near by so this property was ideal. Beautiful front lobby area the staff at the counter were amazing! I’ve met Natalie & Robert and at the cafe side young lady name Azial (I probably mess up her spelling name) she was amazing and the other ladies who kept the dinner cleaned, refilled and always have a smile on the faces. This is huge to me and this why I continue to booked at Hampton Inn. The only hiccup today was the only elevator working was down from what I’ve heard from other at the breakfast area was since late last night. The front desk staff was accommodating while waiting on maintenance to arrive. Plus we were given 1 night free for the inconvenience. I appreciate this so much. We have to give thanks to the staff on hand trying to do all they could to make sure folks are getting their moneys worth booking at this property. Amazing and thus will not make me not come back. Folks here are absolutely amazing and friendly staff! Thank you Hampton inn on coconut creek property.

Pedí una habitación con jacuzzi de hidromasaje especialmente por eso y cuando llegué no funcionaba , llamé a que lo revisaran y mandaron a una persona que solo vio la bañera y dijo que no funcionaba Nisiquiera la tocó
The property would be OK unfortunately the people in charge were not able to keep their promise while we cancel one stay being promised to get a full refund and reschedule for a different date, ending up paying for both stays full price - not even attempt to compensate us at all - instead we spent hours and multiple phone calls to resolve that issue without the promised results.
We didn’t like that they charged us twice while we were offered to cancel first reservation and rescheduled for a better dates, but then we end up paying for both times a full price. Regardless a being repeatedly assured that It will be resolved, but it never was which is not cool and not professional at all. Also, during our stay, the room looked like it was not even ready. There were still some air-conditioning grills from the ceiling, laying on the top of the vanity counter top in the bathroom, and the shower sliding glass door nearly fell off out of its tracks and shattered in a pieces if we did not act accordingly.

My room pillow cases were dirty. The tub was dirty and the toilet seat was broken
Breakfast is just breakfast fake eggs and Polish sausage on Sundays. Luckily I’m a yogurt person.
This is not the first time I’ve stayed here. The elevator is not operational. Only one of the two elevators is it’s been this way for almost a year. Really bad customer service that you can’t fix an elevator in a year. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but you need to have rules and regulations for people that are severely allergic to dogs.
The place did what I needed it to do. Here for work for 2 weeks. Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Sharde and Gia are wonderful and very helpful!

One of the two elevators was not working for 1 week so we had to wait awhile every time!
The folded egg omelettes are terrible. They should never make those again!
