Ubicación y limpieza muy buenas!
Pros:

El alojamiento súper limpio, habitaciones modernas y cómodas, llegas caminando al Mall, supermercado y restaurantes.

Cons:

Pros:

Habitaciones muy amplias y bien equipadas, con camas muy cómodas. Todo estaba muy limpio y era tranquilo, silencioso y confortable. La piscina muy agradable y el desayuno era completo. Buena relación calidad precio.

Cons:

El servicio del restaurante fue un poco lento.

The hotel was beautiful! but the staff could be more friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, variety and taste was exceptional. Location was perfect, close to malls and restaurants. Easy to move around.

Cons:

Staff could be a little more friendly, needed assistance in retrieving a lost phone, no help from staff when asked for assistance. There wasn't any follow up either to see if the phone was recovered.

Cons:

Ter que pagar por um checkin antecipado quando havia quarto disponível. Meu esposo tem deficiência motora e ter que esperar até 15 horas (chegamos no hotel por volta das 8 horas, vindo de voo internacional noturno e bem incômodo). Ja havia enviado mensagem consultando a possibilidade de checkin antecipado.
Por outro lado, retornamos ao hotel para uma nova estadia após um cruzeiro, fizemos programação de chegar ao hotel as 15 horas e os quartos não estavam disponíveis. Tivemos que esperar após o horário.

Pros:

Habitación grande y agradable, con decoración moderna, baño amplio y camas muy cómodas. El desayuno, que es muy completo, viene incluido en el precio de la habitación.

Cons:

Podría estar más céntrico o más bien comunicado, pero tampoco está muy lejos del casco viejo de Panamá.
