Top locatie en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Geweldige locatie en vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Op basis van de advertentie hadden we hogere verwachtingen. Bij binnenkomst kwam er een onaangename geur ons tegemoet. Daarnaast vonden wij de kamer wat gedateerd en kon de afwerking netter.

The staff is helpful and caring. Above and beyond with helping this tourist find a doctor

Todo perfecto, la habitación muy acogedora y espaciosa, nos encantó todo y el trato de los recepcionistas. El hotel muy céntrico, a unos 5 minutos andando de la plaza central.

Breakfast was good. Staff were great

Cons:

Price was way too high. Single bed in a small room was a surprise given the amount of money I paid.

Surprised that there were no streaming sites available on TV. Again given the price.

A great location for enjoying the city.
Pros:

It's in a great location, right next to the city centre. It may not be the newest, but it's cosy, and the hotel lobby has a lovely inner courtyard terrace.

Cons:

It could do with a bit of fresh renovation. Keep in mind that you cannot drive right up to the hotel entrance, but you can stop nearby to unload. The parking area is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, so overall it is not a major inconvenience.

Perfect uitgangspunt voor een paar dagen Delft.
Pros:

Zeer centraal gelegen t.o.v. station en centrum. Loopafstand: 5 minuten.

水回り以外は、特に不満なし。
Pros:

初日、TVが映らなかったので受付にお願いしたら、翌日には治っていた等、受付スタッフの対応は良かった。

Cons:

TVは映るようになったが、受信信号が弱いのか、画面が大きく目だれて見れないチャンネルが多かった。
洗面所、シャワーの排水の水はけが悪く、なかなか流れてくれないのには閉口した。
排水管のパイプ掃除を定期的に実施すべきと思った。
また、トイレ後方の床が水漏れでベチョベチョに濡れていた。
配管の水漏れか？
とにかく、水回りの設備に問題を感じた。
