The location was convenient for our travel needs. The staff were wonderful and tried to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing. Few options were available and the only health one was bananas.
The facility is old and the staff are trying hard to make it clean and pleasant for guests. Our room had hardwood flooring so that was a nice touch. The shower was a narrow stall but the water was hot. The room smelled musty upon arrival.
Check in was easy, staff even helped us unlock our room, which was right next to the office.
Offered us a choice of upstairs or downstairs.
Loved the quick take out breakfast.
Nothing, great spot to spend a night. We were just passing through, so not sure about longer stays.

It was near gas stations and dunkin, close to the highway and cheap.
It was VERY poorly painted, the bed was painful, and the microwave smelled like rotting food had been kept in it.
The breakfast starts too late if you get an early start to the day. 7am is really later than most hotels start breakfast especially on a weekday
Location
I got bites on my arm and neck and belly staying for one night only. Not sure what insects were present there. I guess for the price I’ve paid nothing could be better. That was my mistake, I tried to save traveling for work
It was in a good location for me clean rooms staff was welcoming

Nothing and my rest was good.
The room had no plugs for laptop. Had to unplug the microwave to use a plug convenient to desk. Air conditioner was so loud when running, that conversation was next to impossible. With door closed, there was light seeping around the edges and bottom, so heat or cold, plus light could enter. When management was approached with these complaints, he dismissed them and said take it or leave it. Not willing to provide any type of compensation.

Towels and wash clothes and bed linen was dingy and stained.. They could improve on cleaning technique or BLEACH….

Heater fan was set to low speed but it was fairly loud. Bathroom fan cover fell off and the fan was filthy. No washcloths.
