Amazing what photoshop can do, looks good on the net but in reality…. Built in 1981 and looks like nothing has been touched since. Just pulling into the carpark you can see you’ve made a mistake. If you’re staying mid week it’s a bed only, no breakfast/dinner. Forget about washing your hair - no water pressure.

Pros:

Great location close enough to walk everywhere. The staff in whole were very friendly and helpful and a great buffet breakfast

Cons:

Upon entering the room, we were immediately met with a musty, damp smell that made the space feel unclean and very uninviting. The overall condition of the furnishings was extremely poor. The lounge was ripped, dirty, and in such bad condition that when you sat down, you sank significantly, making it very difficult to get back up. The bed has clearly seen better days and offered little comfort, the flooring throughout the apartment was lifting and torn. To make matters worse, we woke in the morning to find there was no hot water available for showering. At no point were we advised of this issue, nor were we offered any solution or alternative

Mould, no internet.
Pros:

Nice peaceful area. Big room.
Staff are nice.

Cons:

Mould in bathroom, dirty microwave with food in it, rubbish on the side of fridge, floor was dirty when i wiped it.
No fan in bathroom hense why there is mould.
Old dinosaur heater thats damaged and missing some of its cover, noisy.
No internet that works for netflix or prime etc, may get 5 minutes randomly.
No lights near bed, only at front door, bed is at the end.
Stained bedding.
Stove took ages to heat up.
Something I would pay $100 at the most.
