Pros:

横浜アリーナの利用で宿泊しました。
駅からはほぼ直結、横浜アリーナまでは歩道橋、コンビニが隣、駅側の向かいに飲食店が多数ありロケーションはとても良かったと思います！
日産スタジアムでのイベントも重なっていたのですが、フロントの混雑は見られず、荷物預けやチェックインもとてもスムーズでした。
前日は予約が取れず宿泊出来なかったので横浜駅まで移動して荷物を預けたのですが、当日は午前中にも関わらず荷物を預かって下さりコインロッカー難民だった私にはとても助かりました。

接客は期待はできませんがアクセスも利便も使い勝手は良いホテルです
Pros:

アクセス抜群、部屋もクラシカルでキレイです、使い勝手の良いホテル！

Cons:

部屋は清潔でキレイなのですがエレベーターの中の階数ボタンや照明あたりに埃がつもっていました。
またレストランで喫茶も利用しましたが、フロントも含め、スタッフの笑顔が少なく接客はあまり良いとはいえません。
