部屋がとても清潔でキレイでした。
スタッフの方も親切で丁寧でした。

Cons:

エレベーターを間違えた際に結婚式を終えたところ（?）が開いてしまい、ついたてもなにもないため、新郎新婦さんが丸見えでちょっと気まずかった。

また泊まりたいホテルです。
Pros:

駅からすぐ近くなので、移動に便利でした。
下にはコンビニがあり､一歩出れば商業施設があるので、足りないものはすぐそろい、食事にも困りませんでした。
ホテルに入ったら、とても静かで落ち着く雰囲気で､フロントの方は姿勢正しくテキパキしていて､とても良い印象を受けました。
アメニティを自分で選べるのは､無駄がなくて良いと思います。
枕が臭くなかったのも、ありがたかったです。

Cons:

価格上仕方ありませんが、ちょっと狭かったですが、ベッドは大きくてゆったりできました。

Perfect hotel stay for short or long term stays!
Pros:

The location is amazing. Google maps will take you a way you do not need to travel as it takes longer. The gentleman we dealt with was so lovely and acknowledged our daughter with an amenities bag for her. The room was bigger than your typical Japanese hotel room. Comfortable is an understatement. The beds were wonderful, the view was amazing and the access to and from the building was superb. Highly recommend this hotel for short and long terms stays. Photos included are showing access to Shin Yokohama station; an entry point to the hotel is along the railway line with easy access. Convenient store near by and the McDonalds for quick easy door plus many other food places along there.

出入りが2ヶ所有り便利だった！

Cons:

隣の音が常に聞こえた、子供がいたのか壁に向けての音がうるさかった。

ビジネスホテルにこの値段は高い(平日なのに18,000円超え)
Pros:

横浜アリーナに近く、羽田空港行きのリムジンバスが出発するプリンスホテルの隣という好立地です。

Cons:

ペットボトルのサービスもなく、取り立てて何という特色もありません
