Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would stay by there again.

This place is fantastic. It’s my go to when I need to stay in Melbourne. Absolutely love it.
Pros:

Love the location, love the property. We were spoilt and upgraded to a penthouse with its own balcony on the 24th floor which thrilled my two country raised daughters. Absolutely fantastic apartment and so close to everything we needed.

Pros:

Location is good. V convenient

Most Kitchen utensils are available

Staff are polite and friendly, even when we requested for extra toiletries.

Always have a front desk staff.

Cons:

Only 1 toilet in the 2 bedroom suite

One of the best we ever had , a place to stay with family and friends.
Pros:

The property is at the heart of the city. We can access every place of interest very easily within walkable distance . The balcony view was stunning. The car parking provided was very helpful.

Great location and comfortable for a short stay
Pros:

The apartments were in a good location, close to Southern Cross Station and other attractions. Room was spacious and there was a view looking towards Southbank and the MCG. The 2 bedrooms were convenient although one very small bathroom wasn't ideal for 4 females. Should have got the 2 bathroom apartment. The pressure in the shower was great and lovely hot water. The couch was very comfortable.

Cons:

The outside noise. It was like someone had left the door open but it wasn't. The windows should have been double glazed. Not ideal for light sleepers. The beds were comfortable but one single bed was very narrow compared to the other three. More mirrors would have been great. The bathroom was very small and a challenge with 4 females. Another mirror in at least one of the bedrooms would have been better. We seemed to have issues with our keys and the timing to unlock the doors. Not ideal when you are trying not to wake the occupants who had already gone to bed. The shower door could pose a problem if an emergency situation were to occur. You can only open the door inwards and if a person collapses in the shower you won't be able to get to them. Needs to open both ways. The hole in the shower door wasn't ideal as water from the shower head would leak out onto the floor.
