Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Cjeckin was fast, room was clean with all fully equiped kitchen, comfy beds, very close to Southern Cross Station, just can walk in to this apartment, the city cicle train also is very near which make easy to hop in to go for any attractions. I did stay this apartmemnt previously and like veryt much all.

Cons:

The lights in the living room was too dull,

Comfortable inner city short stay
Pros:

Light filled and comfortable short stay at the Aura on Flinders. The layout of bedroom and living room was great for some work and a good nights sleep. Tucked in a lovely little street close to the Convention Centre.

Cons:

There was a constant buzzing type of noise in the entrance bedroom. That was the only distraction from what was a comfortable stay. Hope it is easily fixable.

Good value for money and great location for getting around.
Pros:

Separate bedroom from living area, balcony, good hot water pressure in shower. Space in living area for suitcases.
Great location for the trams needed for our excursions.

Cons:

No clothes dryer. Could do with more sink space in bathroom. Lip at edge of tiled area at kitchenette a bit sharp.
Dish washer ‘out of order’ but reception did say we could get cleaner to do them, but we did them ourselves.

the view was amazing

Cons:

some of the areas in the apartment were very used / old ie the bathroom sink was all cracked, the out door table and chairs were very old and weathered we were unsure if they would break. The couch definitely needs an upholstery clean, the extra blanket had a big hole in it.
The apartment was clean, but I'm not sure how it can be classified as a 4star with the cheap, damaged and very worn furnishings etc

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location - walking distance to many places

Cons:

Second bedroom bit tight for two single beds - water on inside of window sill in b2
Car parking was unique - though the fob was a little temperamental at times
Also the parking fee was never mentioned until we arrived

Fantastic stay in Melbourne CBD
Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I've been very happy with my stay both times! Our room was so spacious with a great view, the bedding was comfortable, and all the staff were so friendly. The location is great with multiple tram stops and the Southern Cross station within a few blocks' walk. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the location, especially compared to other nearby options.
