Ressourçant, calme, exceptionnel si vous avez besoin de "retaper"!
Pros:

Je suis arrivée exténuée par l'année qui venait de se dérouler, le personnel a été efficace, et surtout TELLEMENT à l'ECOUTE de tous mes besoins, ils forment tous une équipe formidable, qui tourne sur plusieurs jours, mais qui, on le sent, se passe les messages. La juste bienveillance, discrétion et attention. BRAVO à tous.

Fantastic pool and location!
Pros:

Loved the staff, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was perfect- so beautiful with the most amazing view. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The showers do not have a wall attachment so you have to shower holding the shower. This is easily fixable, but really annoying and uncomfortable! Generally the bathroom is quite old fashioned.

Great hiking days with pool afternoons
Pros:

The pool and the sauna were a great comfort after hiking. The Spot terrace also allows to see the sunset orange light on the Mont Blanc

Cons:

The shower was not working great in my room and the bed could be more comfortable.

Bel accueil et belle vue
Pros:

Petit hôtel dans son jus bien situé au milieu de la station Bettex accessible à pied au télécabine
Magnifique vue sur le mont Blanc, belle piscine et surtout un personnel Adorable et attentif. Très bon petit déjeuner organisé par Pierre. Un grand merci à son épouse à l’accueil qui se met en quatre pour satisfaire ses clients.

Wat een locatie!
Pros:

Het zwembad met terras is zalig, het uitzicht op de Mont Blanc en de bergen is uniek en adembenemend. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Alles was aanwezig, maar de infrastructuur is sterk verouderd. Restaurant is te duur voor wat het is.

Schöner Ort um zu wandern,Ski zu fahren und den Mont Blanc zu sehen

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, Die Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Pool ist überwältigend.
Der Pool war sehr sauber und angenehm . Das Personal war überwiegend nett.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen was mich nicht störte, da es sauber war u das ist für mich wichtiger.
Was als Einziges zu bemängeln ist, ist der Poolbereich . Um den Pool sind die Fliesen sind sehr alt und brüchig und dadurch eine Gefahr zu stolpern und/oder sich die Füße aufzureißen. Dieser Bereich gehört neu gefliest.
