Une bonne adresse confortable et charmante pas loin du centre de Buenos Aires.
Pros:

Très belle maison, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin (beaucoup plus beau en vrai que sur les photos du site de booking). Cela nous permet de voir ce qui se cache derrière les façades de ces maisons. Le petit déjeuner était bon, pas super copieux, mais très soigné et très bon. Et l'accueil est très bon également. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Cons:

C'est vrai que ce n'est pas très central, mais en même temps, nous sommes rentrés le soir de San Telmo en Uber en moins de 15 minutes. Et cela permet d'explorer un autre quartier de Buenos Aires, dans lequel on n'rait pas forcément juste pour visiter et que j'ai trouvé agréable à voir.

El colchón excelente para dormir.
El baño: buena presión el agua de la ducha, te deja jabón shampoo crema enjuague toallas. Todo muy limpio.

Hermosa sala para desayunar. El patio lleno de plantas. Hermoso lugar. Sin dudas que vuelvo.

Familial, accueillant, compréhensif et souple mais trop loin et rapport qualité/prix à repenser

le déjeuner est très, très bon, cependant j'aurais bien aimé une 2ème portion mais était payante. J'ai apprécié aussi la compréhension et souplesse du propriétaire dans mes souhaits de changement, ainsi que la propreté des chambres

Cons:

La porte de la chambre à double battant est très mal isolée et donne sur le corridor d'accés aux autres chambre. Idem pour la fenêtre de la salle de bain. On entendait le matin la préparation du petit déjeuner. Le supplément de $ 30.-- pour une chambre avec climatisation me semble élevé. Chambre très petite pour le prix. Très éloigné du centre (jusqu'à 1h de taxi avec traffic), ce qui est difficile à évaluer si on ne connait pas la ville. J'ai finalement changé d'hotel pour la dernière nuit, un 4* étoile, plein centre, hyper silencieux, déjeuner buffet, pour quasiment le meme prix

Pros:

The staff, property, and breakfast all exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made the stay very enjoyable. The property is simply decorated but tasteful and included everything we could want from a short stay. Breakfast was delicious and bonus points on the iced latte!
