這一次吹風機故障處理得很不好
Pros:

房間大而寬敞

Cons:

壁掛式吹風機吹了20秒就當機不能使用，向櫃檯員工反應，說會給我們另一個，可是過了20分鐘仍然沒有拿到房間 ，我再下去櫃檯看到員工在滑手機，再次反應問題，仍不願意先給，我請他立即處理，才拿出來給我，不然不知道要等到什麼時候。（家人洗澡後頭髮濕濕的，一直沒有吹風機可以用）

Perfect location for us!
Pros:

There’s a lot of new hotels in KK but we keep coming back to this one. The price is right, the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly. We love that it’s located in the old part of town. Easy to find nearby restaurants, grocery stores, laundromat, and walkable to different shopping malls and the esplanade.

Pros:

the location just perfect for tourist, its a walking distance to suria and other mall

Cons:

the AC issues are frustrating, i have to ask the technician at the middle of midnight for AC issue then they offer for room change.. the replacement room AC was good for the 1st nite only then we almost sufficate in the room, felts like no air from the AC.. really disappointing beside great location

Great to stay but no car park.
Pros:

It is convenience because shops are in walking distance.

Cons:

Car park is not available. I decided to park in shopping mall at some walking distance.

Gute Lage für wenige Tage Stadturlaub
Pros:

Liegt direkt im Zentrum von KK, ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, aber ohne Pool. Für ein paar Tage Stadturlaub sehr gut geeignet. Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
