Estacionamento é para esquecer, pois cabem 4/5 carros e mal.

L'emplacement à 100 m de la plage et proche au centre ville.

Cons:

Les photos sur le site sont bien plus belles qu'en réalité. Un rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu. Le parking n'en n'est pas vraiment un, il faut laisser la voiture au bord de la route, sur les parkings publiques.

Zimmer extrem klein für 4 Personen (war ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Etagebett)
gebrauchte Frottéetücher wurden am Morgen eingesammelt und erst um 18.00 Uhr am Abend gewaschen zurückgebracht
Wasser im Zimmer (durchs kaputte Fenster)
Dusche Abdeckung kaputt, Wasser lief immer raus ins ganze Bad
beim Essen fehlten einmal die Gläser, einmal das Trinken, usw. War nie vollständig getischt
mehr als die Hälfte vom Personal hat kein einziges Wort italienisch oder andere Sprache geredet ausser Rumänisch.
Alle Mängel und das mit den Frottéetücher wurde mehrmals an der Reception gemolden, leider ohne Besserung.

Hotel vecchio e sporco mare orrendo! Bocciato tutto di Milano Marittima.

Solo la posizione era positiva.

Cons:

Hotel vecchio non rinnovato. La camera piccola senza balcone e con poca pulizia. Per non dire molto sporca. Colazione tristissima.. poche cose e tutto congelato.
Personale inadeguato sapevano la loro lingua ma poco di italiano.la piscina inesistente. Perché la mettete in pubblicità’ era solo quella di un altro hotel a pagamento. Il soggiorno in totale non valeva la spesa sostenuta.

La cortesia e la disponibilità, la pulizia e la qualità del cibo, oltre alla posizione praticamente attaccata alla spiaggia, sono punti di forza della struttura.

Cons:

I letti purtroppo non siamo stati fortunati ma credo sia stato un caso, altri non hanno riscontrato problemi sulla comodità. Per un discorso di sicurezza si deve restare con il cagnolino mentre vengono pulite le camere ma, anche questo lo ritengo punto a favore, Ci tengono alla sicurezza.

Buona la cucina. Ottima la posizione.

Cons:

Non c’è cura ne manutenzione della struttura. Il bar è decisamente sguarnito. La parte esterna dell hotel è trasandata e non invoglia a trattenersi. Manca una persona referente che coordini il personale
