Pros:

The staff was given a very good service with smile at all time. Room was big, clean every day, perfect pool, great location and view.

Cons:

A kettele for coffe or tea could make saty in the porche perfect.

Cons:

The staff were quite rude to British guests only I felt. First night they took a long time to serve us etc although local guests were tended to. Went for breakfast at 9am, there were no plates or glasses or food in the buffet. Staff walked past us looking around for plates, it was obvious what we were looking for but nobody helped.

Enjoyable Stay, but Some Improvements Needed
Pros:

Great hotel with a pool that the kids really enjoyed. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant during our stay. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The restaurant staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, and several dishes on the menu were unavailable. We were particularly disappointed that the Kaiserschmarrn couldn’t be ordered. If a dish isn’t available, it would be better not to include it on the menu.

The pool also closed at 8:00 p.m., which felt a bit too early during the summer. On warm evenings, it would have been nice if it stayed open a little longer so the kids could enjoy it.

Ontspannen hotel om tot rust te komen na een actieve dag in de bergen
Pros:

Rustige familie hotel net buiten Innsbruck. Onze kamer was net gerenoveerd, lekker koel, en had een balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Het zwembad was ook nieuw, met ligbedjes en parasols en een prachtig onderhouden tuin. Wij hebben 2 keer in het restaurant gegeten, goed eten en goede bediening.

Personal sehr freundlich! Super Lager, sehr schöne Terrasse! Tische waren sehr schön aufgedeckt!

Cons:

Bestellt habe ich einen Salat mit Kernöl, Käsespätzle und ein Weizenbier mit Sprite. Salat kam, Kellnerin sagte noch sie bringt noch das Kernöl nach. Das Weizenbier mit Sprite war ein Weizenbier mit Cola. Dann kamen die Käsespätzle. Die waren super! Alles fertig gegessen. Kernöl kam nie.

Fazit: 1 von 3 hat gepasst.

Schlichtes Stadt Hotel mit gutem Restaurant

Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

In der Beschreibung steht großes Bett, allerdings ist es nur 1,60 m breit. Zimmer ist wie in der Beschreibung schlicht ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon gibt es keine Abtrennungen zwischen den einzelnen Zimmern, so dass man eigentlich in jedes Zimmer hereinschauen kann.
