The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre, however, not far from the Borneo Convention Centre. Taxi/Grab is available. Rooms clean, breakfast excellent, staff friendly, ready to fix any random incoveniences.

The room is quite spacious. It even has a mini fridge.
The deluxe twin sharing room was spacious. The room was on the 6th floor and faced the main road. The windows along the wall gave a good view of the activities on the main road. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
I could hear the noise/activity that was going on in the hotel because the rooftop banquet hall was just above the room. Unfortunately, the sink was leaking so there was a patch of water under the sink in the bathroom.
