Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good and makes it convenient to travel anywhere in the area. The room was clean, and the included breakfast was enjoyable—you can either choose a set meal or use it as a voucher.

Pros:

Very cute place to stay. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms have everything you need (mini fridge, coffee maker, toiletries, ice and water nearby etc).

We loved having keycode entry so we didn't have to keep track of physical keys. Communication from the office was great (we were able to go straight to our room without going to the front desk to check in, likewise for checkout).

A short drive to lots of fun things and also walking distance to a lot of cute places around town. We went to dinner at Bespoke Brewery just down the street. Food and beer was great, also very family friendly if you have kids.

Breakfast at The Speckled Hen was great, but does get busy so plan ahead if you are in a rush.

We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Hated my experience here.
Pros:

Kitchen was good.

Cons:

There was no staff on site at 5:30; they called me at 5:05pm, saying that they are all leaving as their work hour always ends at 5pm. I arrived on site, looking for the room they assigned but couldn't find for 5 mins even though the premise was very small. It turned out, our room was on the basement! Air conditioner remote control didn't work and the temperature was set at 50degrees (F) all night (it seems that it was pre-programmed). They also had a loud dehumidifier, which I had to turn off as we couldn't sleep otherwise, due to the noise. Both my kids and I slept in a very cold temperature and I constantly woke up, worrying about my kids so they don't catch a cold. I walked in to the bathroom at 1am, only to see a running cockroach. I emailed the facilities immediately, for a full refund. They returned the money right away in the morning (the only good part) but they say that they posted on their saying that this is a step down room, but they should've either mentioned the word "basement" or not even list this place available. To this date, a week later, I'm still grossed out on this place and will never recommend nor return to this place. Their breakfast was good, but it's because it was from a completely separate restaurant (premise gave out a food discount voucher) acrossed the street.

Overall, the hotel has an excellent location for the places we want to visit and see. The room is great and spacious. The parking is right next to our room, which is perfect.

Cons:

There is no vending machine for snacks.

Central to everything, very clean room!!!
Pros:

Wry close to everything!!! Parking space was more than enough, very roomy!!! Room was perfectly clean!!!

Cons:

Only a personal preference, beds were too soft!!! I prefer a firmer mattress!!

Pros:

Very tidy and super location for our needs. Speckled Hen vouchers are great.Parking at the designated room was spot on.

Cons:

Bed was soft but I did not ask if there was very another option so I can’t complain as there may have been other options. This is not a show stopper and I will stay again while in the area.
