Wonderful rooms, great aircon, lovely pool, location was super close to walk to the seafront

Stayed here for 2 nights for a long weekend break in Fethiye.
So to start off with when we pulled up I was in a bit of a shock as this hotel doesn't look the best from outside or maybe my expectations were too high.  It seems it is situated amongst residential housing.  Upon entering you have to walk down some stairs to the reception area which again didn't look the best and it was really quiet.  Check-in was quick and easy and we were given 2 rooms in the rear block.   At this point my hopes were low.  We arrived at our rooms and upon opening the door and seeing the room my hopes were immediately reversed, the room was very nice!  Clean, modern and had everything you would expect e.g small fridge, TV etc.  Bathroom was also nice.  Everything was clean and the room had a nice balcony if you wanted to sit out on it. 
We didn't spend much time in the hotel, more or less just slept there but I will give a quick summary on the rest of our experience here.
I didn't have breakfast but my mate went down one morning and said it was bad.  He told me he didn't even eat anything.
Location is good, 5-10 minute easy walk to the beach and strip.
Pool looked nice but was quite small.
I had a Hammam and massage, comparing to others I have had Hammam was good but massage wasn't.
Something we were not happy about was the fact that we were refused any access to showers or changing rooms after checkout.  Our flight was late and we returned to the hotel for our bags and were told earlier we could use the  showers but when we asked we were refused.
Overall, I would say it is an okay hotel for the money.  Rooms are nice and it is a good location. 
Would I stay again, probably would if I wanted just a room to sleep in as I can't complain about the room and location but if I wanted to spend more time in the hotel grounds than probably no.

Отличный отель, однозначно рекомендую.
Во-первых, прекрасное расположение - пять минут до моря. Поэтому пляж, набережная, ресторанчики совсем рядом, но когда возвращаетесь в номер, то никакого шума и суеты. Если нужно поехать в центр Фетхие, остановка практически в паре минут. Рядом Мигрос (небольшой, но тем не менее).
На территории достаточно большой бассейн, бар, лежаки под навесом, играет приятная музыка.
У отеля два корпуса. Я жила в том, где утром сервируют завтраки (кстати, с 7:30 до 10, что очень удобно). Во всех номерах сделан отличный ремонт, очень чисто, никаких посторонних запахов.
Персонал ОЧЕНЬ дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Мне, например, одобрили как ранний заезд, так и поздний выезд. В номере убирались и меняли полотенца каждый день.
Интернет летает как в номере, так и на территории отеля.
Завтраки хорошие - набор блюд был практически одинаковый, но голодным точно не останешься.

В целом тихо. Неплохой бассейн. Есть хамам. Есть wifi. Очень приветливый персонал. Чисто.

Excellent location, short stroll to beach , nice quiet area, the staff were so friendly and helpful , Bulent and Nadi. Lovely Turkish spa in the hotel run by Sebnem, very professional and clean.

Hotel has been beautifully refurbished since my last visit in October 2024. Staff were lovely. Spa was exceptional too, had a full body massage and the staff were professional and lovely.

Sessiz, sakindi. Kahvaltı ve konum çok iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlüydü.
