Beautiful property with full access to the beach.
Great staff, especially Tatianna and Eil. They helped me take wonderful pictures through out the resort.
They also organized a cake for me on my birthday which was very lovely of them.
Whole facility was amazing and the staff could not be more accommodating thank you!

This was one of the most amazing hotels we have stayed at. Our beautiful room was on the first floor, steps from the private beach. We felt like we had our own private staff, everyone was incredibly accommodating. The bar overlooking the water was perfect and the best seat in the house for the sunset. Breakfast was outstanding, nice touch with service, rather than buffet. We did room service two nights, since it was not within walking distance of any restaurants and we only wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant once. Room service was more casual and great. We rented a cabana right on the water, but probably wouldn't do that again, as it was very hot and windy and the cabana was pretty small. The chairs on the sand would have been fine. Spa was amazing. Loved that there were only 34 rooms. Very quiet and private
The cabana originally had only a mattress, no chairs (which we didn't know ahead of time) so we had to ask to change that up, which they did very easily. But I think the lounge chairs on the beach would have been more comfortable, even though the view in the cabana was incredible!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, did not reflect the level of service and professionalism I expected.
The room I was staying in experienced a 10-hour power outage, and the issue was not handled properly. There was very little response or support from the hotel management during this time. Even worse, I was not offered any compensation or even a gesture to make up for the inconvenience.
In addition, I was charged for drinks, which I paid for, but I was later asked to pay for them again due to a system error. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a clear lack of organization and professionalism.
Overall, it was a very poor and disappointing experience. I expected a much higher standard of service and a more professional approach to handling guest complaints. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.
