Location
Guest Reviews
The location is just good, nothing more.
But the staff was nice
I was shocked by the room; the rooms were small, overlooking destruction; the power was off; the room didn't have blankets; I asked for blankets and toilet paper and requested the room be cleaned several times; then I started cleaning it myself; I asked to change rooms because the beds were extremely uncomfortable and very small; but the other room was also small and the bathroom was very small; so I canceled my vacation and returned; because I asked them if it was possible to get even a partial refund and they said that wasn't possible
What I saw in the pictures was beautiful, but in reality, it was very disappointing.
But the staff was nice
.
.
Good location, clean room , very nice and helpful staff especially reception staff .
The price is reasonable.
There is no good isolation between rooms .
You can hear voices and smell smoking coming from other rooms .
Very limited breakfast .
كل شيء جيد لكن الرجل الذي يحمل الحقائب لم يعجبنا أعطيناه اكراميه ولم يعجبه الامر
The hotel was clean
To start the first day when I arrived I placed the sign do not disturb because I had all my personal belongings out. I left the hotel and came back they got access to the room and the room was clean despite the do not disturb sign.
The bathroom do not have a mirror neither a shelf so I couldn’t shave.
More important most if not all rooms in the hotel faces the street and the room was noisy.
Kind staff , lovely cat
Documents scanning is not safe , It could fall into wrong hands
Absolutely nothing except the location
Everything; shower door was missing a panel of plexiglass- thereby I was unable to close the door; moldy growth around faucet-wall joints; hair dryer holder fell into the commode; nasty carpet; rude night shift staff; no toiletries like shampoo, conditioner or body lotion; rwas so tiny like a jail torture cell; no chair or table to sit and/work
PLEASE DE-LIST THIS HOTEL
Good location
The hotel staff are good
Breakfast is poor😊
Nothing interested
Everything on poor condition horrible smell is very dirty nothing right
Only location is good.
It's very old and its not good for the price and reception is very rude and doesn't speak English at all.
Please check the room before paying because I saw on booking foto of the rooms was very nice but in reality its not the same. I tried to take my money back after checking the room but they lied and didn't do anything about it.
