Eine Auszeit, wie sie nicht besser sein könnte!!!
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage, das sensationelle Essen und das sehr zuvorkommende Personal, die Sauberkeit, der großzügige Wellnessbereich und die vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten!
Auch der Massage-/Kosmetikbereich waren ausgezeichnet!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

Aanvankelijk wat teleurgesteld in de gedateerde uitstraling van het hotel, maar uiteindelijk prima verblijf gekadt. uits
Pros:

De ligging met uitzicht op de Eifel en de saunagelegenheid is mooi.

Cons:

De kamers zelf zijn voor een Viersterren Superior Hotel wel wat gedateerd. Er is geen aparte douche, dat moet in het bad gebeuren.

Fijne service met goede welnessfaviliteiten en verouderd hotel
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Verouderde kamers, kleine badkamer en vloerbedekking op kamers terwijl ook honden toegestaan waren. Dit vonden wij erg onhygiënisch.

Mooi hotel in prachtige omgeving met beperkte mogelijkheden voor eten en drinken.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamerplant. Prachtig wellness gebied.

Cons:

De bar was in de avond vroeg dicht. Om 22:00 kon je al vaak niks meer krijgen. Geen lunch mogelijkheid.

Heerlijk hotel. Restaurant prijs kwaliteit slecht.
Pros:

De ligging is echt prachtig. Heerlijk rustig en prachtig uitzicht over de natuur. Heerlijk zwembad en mooie zonneweide met ligbedden.

Cons:

Het restaurant was veel te duur voor het eten wat je kreeg. Wij hebben er daarom maar 1 x gegeten in de avond. Jammer dat er geen airco op de kamer was.

Cons:

The staff experience was a bit mixed. The restaurant staff were exceptional—very friendly, attentive, and professional. However, the reception staff came across as a little grumpy
Especially at check out.

One particularly disappointing experience occurred while we were walking along the lakeside. A member of staff approached us and told us that we were not allowed to be on the property, without first asking whether we were hotel guests. Once he realised that we were, he did not apologise for the misunderstanding. This made the interaction feel unnecessarily unwelcoming.

Mooi gelegen hotel met schitterend uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Dit hotel heeft als enige in Gerolstein een (heel fijn) binnenzwembad. Het hotel is rustig gelegen met prachtig uitzicht, ook vanuit het zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, geen moeite is te veel. Er komt tzt ook een buitenbad, helemaal fijn!

Cons:

Dineren in het hotel is prima en de bediening zeer vriendelijk. Echter, we kozen voor de ‘huisgemaakte apfelstrudel’ als dessert. Deze viel tegen en was deels niet gaar. Alleen het vanille-ijsbolletje ernaast was lekker. Uit coulance kregen we de koffie gratis, een wat mager aanbod. Verder hebben de kamers geen airco, al was de temperatuur daar in de warme zomermaand augustus niet onprettig. Er komt tzt wel airco, werd verteld.
