1. Dekat dengan terminal bas, pasar payang dan kedai2 makan...walkable
2. Senang dpt grab
3. Bilik and aircond selasa..size just nice..ada ruang untuk solat
4. Staff membantu..tq very much
5. Kalau orang yg light sleeper..maybe x comfortable sebab blh dengar bising2 dr luar

Kunci untuk pintu kena lebih secure...ada orang byk2 kali cuba bukak dan kunci balik sbb kunci tu looks like mcm x habis tutup

Overall, stay was ok. Acceptable with the price we paid.
Pros:

Room match with the price. Location is good, near to food stalls and shops. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was no lift. So had to climb the stairs to the room. Bathroom looks old though. And water too hot even when we put at the lowest temperature.

Pros:

I like it's near to the heart of kuala terengganu and easy to get parking

Cons:

The room soundproofing is not good as the outside noise can be heard in the room. The bathroom does not provide toiletries, soap & shampoo. There's also a frequent water pumping sound can be heard in the room even if we did not use the toilet.

The property is quite nice and it is situated in a very good location for food.
Pros:

The staff is okay and the location is quite convenient to get food.

Cons:

The toilet basin is very very very low. I had to bend down a lot to use the basin and knocked my head many times when getting up.
