Cozytel Chiangmai

L'emplacement dans la vieille ville était pratique pour les visites et pour le marché du weekend. Les dames du ménage étaient adorables comme tout.

Stayed for one night and decided to extend stay. The hotel is located in prime area with plenty of temples and restaurants nearby. The Sunday walking street is just around the corner. The room was clean and tidy with a good hot shower. The pool was large.
The staff were friendly and attentive.

The overall condition was excellent. The location is close to everything. The staff were professional. The pool was quiet and uncrowded, so we were able to enjoy it in peace.

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The wifi worked great and the location was quiet but still within walking distance of all the places. They have drinks and snacks at the front desk for a good price. We’d definitely stay here again.

Klein hotel, vriendelijk personeel bij receptie. In een klein straatje in Old Town Chiang Mai. Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad hier. Veel dingen op loopafstand. Restaurantjes, massage, 7-eleven. Fijne plek om old town te ontdekken

El personal fue súper amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba limpia y era muy cómoda.
La ubicación es perfecta, con la mayoría de las atracciones principales a poca distancia a pie. Además, hay bicicletas gratuitas disponibles. Disfrutamos tanto de nuestra estancia que al final decidimos alargarla.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The beds were big enough for two people.
We also loved the pool, it was big enough for a group to enjoy.
We had a great sleep as the hotel was completely quiet at night despite being located in a popular area.
They also offer a cheap and fast laundry service, which was very convenient. There is a 7-11 just a short walk away too.
The reception staff were amazing. They kindly kept our luggage after check-out, and when I realized I had left my sunglasses behind, they even sent them to another hotel for me.
Such thoughtful service is hard to find. The staff genuinely care about their guests.

La gentillesse du personnel. Les femmes de menage au top avec des initiatives et de delicates attentions. L'hotel est dans la vielle ville et il est étonnament calme. La literie est confortable.

Brilliant spot for staying in Chiang Mai old city. The location couldn't be better, temples, restaurants, Sunday Walking Street, Chang Phuek Market are all just a short walk away.
The room had all basic amenities we needed with great air conditioning and a hot shower. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and always happy to give us a hand. Their English was excellent so everything was very easy.
We also booked a tour through the hotel. They offered discount so it was cheaper than booking online. The van picked us up right outside the front door, which made everything hassle-free.
We'd happily stay here again.

Great stay would definitely recommend. From the receptionist to the cleaners all the staff were so kind and friendly.

We had a great stay at Cozytel. It’s a lovely little hotel that’s very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The location is excellent, peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. The service was outstanding, and the staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for the price.
