This is an lovely Hotel as you walk through the sliding doors it's like you entered a tranquil oasis from the hustle and bustle of the Puerto Del Carmen strip. There is a fragrance in the main entrance lobby
that hits you as you enter. and the view of the pool area with the lush green palm trees is outstanding.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable with fantastic views of the sea. Buffet breakfast was really good great selection you can't go hungry. Pool area was spotless as was the Hotel and grounds.
The Staff are very friendly and welcoming You would not be disappointed by booking this Hotel
Just returned from a 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel. It really is a tropical paradise. We had a relax junior suite with sea view & balcony with a hot tub. The room overlooked the beach, We both slept so well, the bed was amazing & pillows so comfortable.
We arrived to a bottle of cava & plate of cheeses & chutney, which was very tasty.
We celebrated my birthday during our stay & the hotel made a small cake for me which was divine! The next day was our wedding anniversary & we were given the most beautiful arrangement of red roses we’ve ever seen.
As for the food it really was 5* so much choice for breakfast & evening meal, which was amazing.
The grounds of the hotel are beautiful surround by tropical plants, palm trees & so many cozy areas to sit & chill out. There is rooftop pool exclusive to the suite Rooms & which we thoroughly enjoyed.
All the staff are so lovely & friendly. We cannot wait to return one day.
Just wow from start to finish. Highly recommend and can see why there are so many returning guests - we will be definitely be coming back again

We were very sad to have left Fariones yesterday after a wonderful 10 day stay. This was our 4th stay at Fariones and was, once again, perfect.
Aside from the usual comments about the hotel, location, decor, cleanliness, facilities which are all top notch the real wow factor comes from the people, the team. The people make the experience. Otherwise it would just be another very nice hotel. Every team member we have encountered over our 4 years of visiting are incredibly courteous, kind, friendly, helpful and make us feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble and they all work incredibly hard. It would wrong of me to name names as I'm sure to leave someone else but I cannot praise the staff enough, this year has been no exception.
So thank you, a huge thank you to you all.
Exceptional Stay for a Special Occasion – Highly Recommend!
We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate a major wedding anniversary, and it exceeded all expectations.
Location & Amenities
The hotel boasts a fantastic, central location that makes exploring the area incredibly easy. The property itself is beautiful, featuring spacious rooms, beautifully maintained gardens, and deeply relaxing pool areas.
Outstanding Service & Staff
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Management went above and beyond by acknowledging our anniversary with beautiful flowers and chocolate dates in the room, and they seamlessly accommodated our request for adjacent rooms. They even granted a late checkout on one of our rooms, allowing us to fully maximize our final day.
While everyone was wonderful, a few standout team members deserve a special mention:
• Reception & Guest Relations: Javier (who gave us a wonderful welcome at check-in), Manuel, Oliver, Barbara, and Ulrike from Guest Relations.
• Food & Beverage: Miguel from the Barra terrace, Lucia, and the fantastic evening bar staff who made nightcap drinks so enjoyable.
• Pool Attendants: David and Illiya are hands-down the best pool attendants we have ever encountered in our travels. They are incredibly proactive, friendly, and clearly love what they do.
A perfect example of the stellar service here was when David noticed some teenagers becoming a bit boisterous in the pool. Instead of making a scene, he discreetly and respectfully spoke to them, explaining the hotel’s focus on relaxation, and even offered them a ball to take down to the beach. It was a masterclass in preventative hospitality that ensured a peaceful environment for all guests.
Final Thoughts
Everything about this hotel and its dedicated team made our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely be returning to Lanzarote and this fantastic hotel in the future!

Hotel Fariones is a superb hotel. The whole experience is wonderful. The staff are super professional. A high quality, very relaxing holiday with a quiet old port area and also lively town both just a walk away.

First time in Lanzarote and we booked through Jet 2's Indulgent Escapes. We have used this element of Jet 2 a few times now and they have provided some amazing hotels for the money.
This was one of them. A lovely suite on the 7th floor with a large bathroom with huge shower, his and her sinks, big bath, living room, kitchenette, fridge, loads of wardrobe space with loads of hangers. Slippers, beach bag, flip flops, wine and cheese on arrival, comfy bed, big balcony with comfy chairs, coffee table and dining table and chairs, everything about the room was perfect.
Staff are super helpful and nice. I realised when checking out that I had lost my snorkel and flippers, and that I must have left them under a sun bed. I checked with the towel guy and he said try reception. There they were bagged and tagged in a cupboard, awaiting collection, Phew!
We stayed as B&B and breakfast was very varied. Even if you wanted to go Full English, there were different veg, mushrooms, a variety of sausages, hash browns, variety of eggs, omelettes, two types of bacon, great continental options, bread & Pastries and even Cava.
We came into the buffet restaurant a couple of times and it was about €55 per person. Great selections, even for my vegetarian wife.
The pool is lovely. As an IE guest you have access to the roof top pool. There is a bar up there but if it is not busy, you have to call down for a drink. It was a bit windy when we went so we stayed at the amin pool.
The gardens are lovely. So many plants and birds, they even have an orchid house!
The pool is lovely and a good temperature. A great beach and good snorkelling with plenty of fish near the rocks.
Great pool staff, serving drinks and the towel/lifeguard guys. Super friendly and engaging. A credit to the hotel.
We had a couples massage in the spa. OMG, Amazing massage for around 70 minutes. Prices are what you would expect in a good hotel but there are various options to suit all wallets. The Spa itself was great with Sauna, steam rooms, fragrent showers, jets and a cold plunge pool.

Different areas at pool fab
Our last stay here was 3 years ago but from moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left we were treated like old friends. The staff are exceptional and the service is 1st class. The rooms are spotless clean and the cleaners are so good the rooms still look like they've just opened the hotel. The breakfast is amazing with an incredible choice of foods and staff providing excellent service. This is our favourite hotel and I already cannot wait to come back. Thank you again Hotel Fariones and all of our amazing staff.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were fantastic. The room we stayed in was fantastic. I usually struggle to sleep on holiday, but the bed was so comfortable I had no problem. I really liked the different areas they had to sun bathe, so we never felt crammed in, like other hotels we have stayed in.
From the first day until the last day of our stay we felt looked after and nothing was a problem.
I also loved the flowers that were put in our room on arrival for our anniversary, which I thought was such a lovely thing to do. We loved it here so much, that we have already booked to come back next year.
