Pros:

View from room was beautiful and front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. As a person with dietary restrictions (celiac and lactose intolerant), there were not enough choices. Powdered eggs and sausage does not say I paid over 300$ a night to stay here. First night, the toilet wouldn’t flush and I had to use a plunger before another room was offered.
Rooms/bathrooms need to be renovated. Value for the price wasn’t there.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and had a water view. A separate sink just outside the bathroom was very helpful. The Island Explorer Shuttle Bus stopped at the lobby entrance for convenient transportation to and from town.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been improved with a better selection of nut free muffins for those with allergies.

Close to attractions
Pros:

The location was decent

Cons:

The rooms were dated, and seemed very unkept. Old furniture, office like ceiling, smelly carpeted rooms and not worth the value. Might have been because it was a holiday weekend, but for it to be closer to 350 a night for one bed it's a type of room that should be 100 dollars max. Was very creepy old school motel vibes and kinda grossed our family out sleeping there. I travel extensively for work all around New England and a ton in Maine specifically, Bar Harbor has lost the plot for what they charge for their very dated motels/hotels in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay and will plan to stay here again when in the area.
Pros:

Great location, very quiet and staff friendly and helpful. View of the Bay of Maine was stunning🙌🏽😎

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I did not like or needed improvement. Maybe more fresh fruit🍌 for breakfast.

Location was great. We didn't realize about the Island express bus until trip was almost over or would've taken advantage of that much sooner.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty good but would've loved some fresh pastries.

Very satisfied.
Pros:

Convenient location, great view, as advertised. Clean. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Nice grounds.
